Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

After in-depth discussions with Bud (Mgr.) obtaining information with specific directed pictures obtained related to this vehicle with all the vehicle history (CARFAX) I decided I wanted to make the purchase, all questions related to the vehicle were answered to my satisfaction , arrangements were made to transport the vehicle to my residence. I can honestly say the vehicle met (exceeded) all my expectations . I would admit buying a car sight unseen is something I would not recommend for everyone however in my case I felt Bud was being very honest and forthright in all our exchanges. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Best $5000 ever spent. I purchased my 2008 Chrysler Aspen Limited with the 5.7 Hemi back in summer of 2022 with 204,000 miles on it. I got it to tow my 34' Travel Trailer that is about 8200 lbs fully loaded. I love the 8 passenger seating and the power of the 5.7 Hemi. Being able to use one vehicle to transport the grandkids and pull the trailer at once is awesome. I now have 256,000 miles on it (about 4K towing) and it still runs strong, and has been the most dependable vehicle I have owned thus far. I have had to replace all ball joints, shocks, tie-rods, spark-plugs, muffler/resonator, brake pads/rotors, serpentine belt and tensioner but that is to expected with this many miles. Gas mileage averages 15 to 16 mpg normal driving and 8 to 10 mpg towing my trailer and it consumes about 1 quart of oil between changes. I'm tempted to spend the money to repair the rust at the bottom of the doors and see if I can reach 350K!

Pacifica was designed with people in mind. Amenities are super. Ride is smooth and handles well. Stow n go seats are fabulous. Wish ithad better milage but 30mpg on highway not bad.
