Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Recently bought a vehicle from SMH. The experience was excellent. Salesman allowed us to look, was helpful when we needed it. Everything was straight forward, and a breeze. After purchasing the car a heater hose broke, we had no problems getting it fixed. Their warranty covered it and everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

I dropped my Nissan Rogue off for Services to Joseph Geisbert in Service Department. Vehicle needed a Transmission and the Door Fixed. My Vehicle was fixed and the price of repairs were great. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I bought a 2010 300 Touring Signature with 65,500 miles on it, and despite being a 12 year old car, it looks and drives like new. I have the 3.5L V6 (the upgraded V6, not the base engine). Some reviews have said that the 300 is underpowered if it doesn’t have one of the V8 engines, but unless you’re trying to hit 60 in four seconds and annoy the neighbors, it’s got plenty of power. This is a car that loves a highway—it’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of power for accelerating and passing. Handling is good, although the steering and suspension are tuned for highway driving more than performance. That’s not a criticism; it’s the 300 Touring’s intended use. I think a lot of the negative reviews of the 300 are from people expecting to do things it wasn’t made to do. The 300 Touring isn’t a track car or one to drive hard through the twisties. It’s a full-size touring sedan, and it’s absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t looking for a 300, although I’ve always loved the way it looks (along with its late cousin, the Dodge Magnum), and the price was right. I’m very happy with my purchase and I love everything about this car. We’ve bought a lot of Chrysler products over the years, and currently own 3 (a Journey, a 200 Touring I bought for myself and gave to my daughter, and the 300), and we’ve never had more repair issues than you’d expect for their relatives ages and conditions. Every Dodge or Chrysler we’ve owned has been very reliable. When I test drove the 300, another customer was waiting at the dealership to take the car if I didn’t want it, and two more wanted to look at it. There’s a reason—if you can find a low-mileage used 300, it’s going to treat you right. I’d suggest getting the upgraded V6 (3.5L) if it’s a model made before 2011. Don’t be scared off by the V6 unless you’re specifically looking for a muscle car. We’ve had four Chrysler products with the Pentastar V6 (an exceptional V6 Chrysler put in pretty much everything), and this one comes pretty close to it. It’s not your car if you want to go 140 on the track, but if you’re going 80 on the highway and want plenty of power left to pass, it’s fantastic.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.
