I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

I took my car in for service. Meaghan, the service representative that helped me was phenomenal. Just when I had lost faith in customer service at auto dealerships I walk in and have Meaghan help me. She was clear on the timeframe, explained all information well, and was friendly. I would definitely go back.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I love this car very fun being I have the 300S very fun and not to bad on gas to be a v8 hemi . Sport mode is fun and all I drive in as for my wife she like the regular mode save her gas ⛽️ lol 😆 I love the sound of the engine and the power when you open her up best of both world luxury with horsepower. I suggest you get one before they all disappear . Last of the v8 saga 😢 coming to us sucks so got to have my yard loaded with them......V8 nation stand up.. Beast of a car. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Javier is the most hardworking salesman I have ever worked with. Great communication, had the car ready when I got there to test drive, and did everything possible to make sure I got the deal I wanted. He even delivered the car to me. He went above and beyond. If you go to this dealership definately ask for Javier!

Love. It. Just wish had a little more of the true luxury appointments like those of the 70s and 80 s. Such as soft supple leather , real carpet etc...

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I just purchased a used Chrysler 300 limited. The car is by far the most comfortable, quiet car i have ever owned. I have owned mostly Chrysler products and they have really refined the 300 over the years. It has plenty of power and my 300 is highly optioned so I have all the convenience features i could ever want. I really hope they keep making the 300. So many makes are getting rid of passenger cars and that's a shame.

For the comfort/luxury of an affordable car the Chrysler 300 is worth your time and investment. I had an 05 and now drive a 2018 Limited Edition and the experience is awesome! Very smooth and quiet ride with tons of features and options to satisfy your trips for miles to come!

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"!
