Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Had a long time sales consultant that I bought all my cars from recently retire so was in the unfortunate position of finding a new salesperson to deal the way I like to deal. Darren Radcliff did an awesome job. I had an idea of what I wanted so that was easy but the way he handled the negotiations and went to bat for me made it a breeze. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I am sad that Chrysler is no longer making the 300 model. Even if it could be revived as a hybrid. I currently get over 30 mph on the highway and mid 20 mph in the city. It literally idles along at around 1500 rpms or less at 55 mph. At 8 years of age, its exterior and interior look new.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

While shopping online for a used 4runner, woodhouse had a limited list on their website. The title was for a limited but the actual vehicle was an SR5. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but it was frustrating that the label was incorrect

Went in on a Saturday with the sole purpose of buy a new truck. Everyone I came into contact with were polite, respectful, professional and in most cases funny. Humor goes a long way with me. I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!
