Due to a growing family, we were in desperate need of a larger vehicle. With the pandemic, vans were virtually impossible to find. We couldn’t find one locally, but Four Way had exactly what we wanted. Being 8 hours away and unable to even see the vehicle via video, we took a huge risk. We had the car shipped to our home, and I didn’t rest easy until it was in our driveway. The van was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition! We’ve had it a few months now and couldn’t be happier! Randy was very helpful, and we’ll look there first when we need our next van!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. We quickly text drove the vehicle and then started the paperwork for my new used car.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Best car I have owned. Great style and wonderful mileage. I have I no maintenance issues and the free oil changes are great also. Stow and go is a great space provider.

Had the older SUV version Pacifica & never had a problem in 8 years, excellent on road trips. When the new version came out I was hesitant to go back to a minivan look (kids are grown) but we do many road trips a year and need room and comfort. We got a 2017 Pacifica which exceeded our expectations on road trips by far! We camp in the back, luggage on roof, fabulous gas mileage! Even went to each coast for xmas in heavy snow up in NH Mtns & the car did great (We drive appx 5,000 each trip) The bad-back issues someone mentioned...I don't get it, the lumbar is fabulous, the seats are comfy, lots of leg room (we are in our late 50's and climb all around in that car and on the roof, no problem). However two years in we started to have electronic issues, had to replace the big battery ($300 or so, all the flashy safety features suck it up) then the small battery. Lots of the "alert" signs appeared for various things, but there wasn't ever a real problem. (Hate to say it but we have a lot of safety features turned off, not once have I trusted a back-up camera, we are SO old school) Then 4-1/2 years in, driving down the road, the transmission went. NOT happy! The warranty was still good for it and it was all taken care of, but still...a 3 1/2 year old car?? But we're keeping our car, I LOVE my Pacifica! I do believe ours, a 2017, since it was the first year of the re-made Pacifica's, was trial & error with issues, we should've waited till 2018! I would absolutely get another!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

This vehicle is perfect for what my family needs right now. Both my kids (5 & 2) can climb into it unassisted (any mom knows, giving the kids any level of independence is great). Both rows of seats stow into the floor. We have the back row stowed to give us lots of cargo room for the stroller, diaper bag, scooter, karate bag, etc etc etc. Love the automatic doors on both sides... a nice upgrade from when I was a kid and it was a manual slider only on one side! Our one downside, but it's a big one... the media center in this car was a total after thought. It does not connect as expected to my iphone, and the AppleCarPlay seems to open a secondary window (it's not native to the car like the Ford Sync). So far, I have not gotten the phone to connect correctly via bluetooth - I have to plug in. The audio varies wildly - I have to turn the volume up almost all the way to hear someone on the phone, but when the radio kicks on, the whole car vibrates. I can't turn the audio off without turning off the ENTIRE screen. There is no native GPS to the car that I can tell, which isn't a huge downside since we have our phones, but was definitely surprising to see. All in all, this is the car we need right now as a young family with a lot of stuff to cart around. It has a lot of family friendly features that I 100% appreciate. I imagine that the newer models have better media integration with the iPhone.
