The sales person was patient and easy to work with, helping us to understand the pros and cons of buying versus leasing. We've had our car for 4 months now and love the car and the service from the dealership.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. He came to us to evaluate the condition of our SUV, and gave us a check for thousands of dollars more than all of our other offers. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. It was easy to work with Luther to arrange financing we were satisfied with and they went the extra mile to make sure the car was clean and prepped when we picked it up. I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Fabulous buying experience! Really impressed with their values and focus on the community. Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!
