I purchased a used vehicle on May 10 of 2025. I actually started the purchase on May 1, but it was for my business and took a little bit longer to secure funding, etc. I work with Frank, who was amazing. He was patient, kept me informed, helped me along in the process, and delivered the vehicle so smoothly. Zach, the finance gentleman, was also amazing. The entire process was smooth and easy, and I would absolutely go back.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

The car was received in perfect condition, the price was reasonable. The service was top-notch.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I can't ever say I had a better experience at your dealership. The best experience is your salesman Joe LaMantia, treated my wife and I like family . He suggested upgrading our vehicle, (yes cost more) but, he convinced my wife who is usually very hard to move from her set ways for the higher package. I was amazed. I would, if we get another Lincoln, call one person and that would be Joe. Hopefully he will be there in 39 months and if not we would find ,where he went and buy from him. I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Sales representative was very responsive and answered all my questions. Got a good price on the car and had it shipped out by next day.

The fine gentlemen at NJ Auto Pros really know how to work out a deal! I had very little money as I am on disability due to a series of unfortunate work accidents. I was currently rolling around in a busted up Lincoln continental that looked like it was old during the bicentennial. The boys took my car in as a trade to help offset the cost of the new car. The car really should have been junked however they made me a beyond fair offer for my car. Hope I do not need another car anytime soon, but when I do, I will be calling the boys at NJ Auto Pros. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Had the fortunate opportunity to visit Princeton Porsche twice within the past year to purchase a car . Each time I worked with Gary , and the finance and support team . I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.
