I have been shopping this with team for many years. All the way back when it was Sorg Dodge to the New Axius Group they have always taken care of me with new sales and current service.

I went to C. Wimberley Ford just a week ago inquiring about a new vehicle, and Sales Representative Tyler Snyder was able to put me in my dream car just a few days later!! I walked out of the dealership light on my feet today with the keys to a new 2023 Bronco Sport and a clear conscience after working with Tyler Snyder and the rest of the CW Automall team!! The customer service I received today was unmatched and every team member I met with made me feel like family. I could not be more happy with my new vehicle, and recommend CW Automall with my highest regards!!

My only concern is that I cannot figure out why my car keeps turning off when I’m driving it. I’ve been close to having an accident several times because I’m driving and all of a sudden the steering wheel locks and the engine shuts down. Very dangerous

Update: Today 8-9-22 the owner called and I went down to the dealership to talk with him. He said he would replace my dash with a OEM part from GM. He was very nice and wanted to make this right. That is all I wanted from the very start. So I promised to pull this complaint when it is all said and done with. Stay tuned

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
