I travel over 50 miles to this particular dealership mainly because Bryan Hutchinson is very honest and knows his Kia's in detail. When I call him he asks questions and when I get to the dealer, he has narrowed down to one or two of exactly what fits my needs, taste and budget. So I won't go anywhere else. If he'd move to another dealer, I would follow him as long as he is with a Kia dealer. Love him & also the warranty and the value for my money. What is there not to like?

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This is of upmost importance to me as I commute from Palm Coast to Jacksonville for work on a daily basis. Knowing that my HRV is performing at its best helps to reduce my stress levels in the heavy traffic during my commute. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.
