Ok, so I bought a car there recently for my son and it needed brakes badly within 2 weeks of purchasing it. I didn’t expect what came next. After it had been repaired I called them assuming I’d hear the old “as-is” speech. I won’t say what happened other than I’m surprised and extremely satisfied! Totally changed my opinion of them. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

It was a comfortable and easy experience. The service department was efficient and did a great job taking off the maintenance of my vehicle. The new car buying experience was also pleasant also as far as pricing, trade in , and patience in letting us drive vehicles, showing us how to use features. No high pressure to buy or what vehicle to purchase.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
