I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

This Special Order, Chrysler 300 Platinum Edition, V8 AWD, Harmon Kardon, Tow Package, Every possible option now with 27k miles is no doubt the Very Best Automobile in my current collection and probably this best vehicle I have ever owned; it rivals the 1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham (440 V8 4 Barrell) in Luxury, Comfort, Reliability and Performance. This Automobile is a Keeper!!! I get so many compliments on it at all times. It handles and performs as well as the 2 Audi A8 but is extremely reliable. It has only been to Dealership Serivce for Scheduled Maintenance only.

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I just perished a car from Prestige auto I never drove a car with lots electronic gadgets, Hugh took time explained the different gadgets. DJ took me though the paper work. Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I did my deal as an internet purchase from Columbus as i doing yard work within 20 minutes Peter called me with the good news I am now going to be the owner of a 2017 gt mustang, Peter made the deal smooth, it was purchased on Saturday and received the car on Tuesday and stayed in touch, I want to think Peter and the finance staff easiest purchase. In all honesty i went there for the 2016 but walked away with a 2014. That might trigger people but there was reasoning behind it. The guy i worked with was honest and even ran codes on the cars to let me know of any possible repairs or tune ups that might be needed. He walked me over to a much better condition car that wasn't even on the site yet and explained everything about it. I took it out for a test drive and he let my mechanic friend look at it a little deeper. Once everything was said and done i walked out with a nicer car for not much more than the one that was messed up. Now i have a nice shiny looking ride that feels great to drive and couldn't be happier. They are affiliated with the larger dealership near them and do the same good work. Go down and talk to them!

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually
