Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Karen and DJ helped my husband and myself get into a 2017 van and it was the easiest experience we have ever had. We had been looking on and off for over a year but when our old van decided to really quit we needed something fast and they sure made the process enjoyable and easy. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Went to buy my first car with my father. He said buying a car is a pain and never easy. Well not with my first experience. Matt and crew took real good care of us. We test drove a couple of models and after I picked a 2021 Jeep renegade they gave me the best price with no haggling. When we went back the next day we were in and out within an hour or so. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

Earlier this year I sold my 2017 Jetta to Ide through Kiersten and received the price I was looking for. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I bought my truck in May and everything was smooth and above board. Great people and the place was clean and comfortable.

I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

Excellent overall car! Great interior space, amazing technology and outfitted so nicely on our 2021 limited. Very comfortable for adults and kids second row-although could use more legroom for over 6’ persons. 3rd row we rarely use-usually folded up and great for kids. Adults-let’s face it no vehicles with third row are huge leg room back there! Seats are comfortable but typically made more smaller sized adults. Power seats are a must for taller adults. Mechanically it’s been good up to 22k we have a major battery heater issue that it’s not working. Fixed under warranty. But early on we also had sone glitchy electronic issues in our dash but those seemed to have disappeared. Biggest issue I have is it does not regenerate electric or capture the wasted energy of the motor going down the road. Rubs on electric for 30-34 miles then it’s basically on gas. Major disappointment after owning Toyota hybrids. That said for everyday use it’s amazing. But if you drive over 50-60 miles a day or use it only for a trips etc Ild save the money of the hybrid and buy all gas. Other then the battery heater issue, lack of longer distance electric/recapturing unused energy from engine and finally the FWD only is challenging in deep snow due to low clearance-we love it! We will be going to a Toyota Sienna because of higher clearance AWD and we drive both daily and long term distances where the recapturing power is a major issue. Sad part is we can’t use our off peak charging in the sienna. Tip: installed a juice 240 charger on off peak with Pacifica. In our area to drive 32 miles a day costs us less then .35 using off peak charging making this very very economical ti drive as a daily driver!

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

Your sons car would have gotten fixed with great service if you didn’t call the dealership swearing at the employees before and during the appointment. I hope you get the help you very clearly need.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Had my 2000 for many years, had overall few problems. The Comfort was excellent. I loved the ability to see totally, as nothing blocked my view. I loved the dual soft front with the some what flat back as it blended the fluxuating yearly square to round design pattern of manufacturers. Meaning it always looked up to date.

I’m owner from 10 years ago and still love it Hemi engine is very powerful and reliable transmission is very reliable from Mercedes and optional AWD as my is perfect decision

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️
