I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

I think 2011 through 2014 is the same body style my car is a 2013 I absolutely love it it's never let me down I have $405,000 miles on it it has the four-cylinder which this editor found short of horsepower but I have plenty of horsepower I think to get up and go is superb with my 4 cylinder 2.4 and 6-speed automatic transmission I have topped the car out and it will go as fast as speedometer says and I enjoy the gas mileage of between 31 and 42 miles a gallon, the only thing I will say is this body style does not throw enough Heat on the passenger side so if you have kids or passengers this is not the care for you my car is a work car I drive back for it to work or anywhere else but I do not drive passengers in it in the winter I would recommend a 12-volt heater for the passenger side in the winter because of the design

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

This car has been extremely reliable compared to any GM previously owned. Get 31mpg on highway and have little to no maintenance. I owned my 300 since Sept 2014 and it is still running strong with 172K miles. Can't say enough, love the engine, trany and drive train have been solid, excellent suspension and did I tell you about gas mileage! Doing 75 on freeway, it glides along.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

As a single mother of 3 little ones, I need something dependable and big enough to haul around all of their toys and sports equipment. In the past I have been burned by used car dealers. Love my car. Everyone turns around looking at it. It's a headturner. The heated seats and steering wheel is my favorite but starting up with air conditioning on in this Texas heat is the best. I have MS and it helps me out the most. Have had it for 7 years and still love it!!!

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
