Made an out of state purchase with Carma Auto of a truck I found on Cars.com. Dealt with Ali who was very helpful. He provided videos, pictures and anything else I requested in the days prior to the actual deal. I made a 3.5 hr trip to their location to pick the truck up. All the paperwork was ready and waiting when I arrived. Very positive experience.

Good reliable car, it is not a speed deamon but it is good for comftable for long distance trips. I had only one mechanical issue with transmission bearings. To the guy who wrote the last review, you have bad baterry terminals, I had the same issue car was discharging fast charging slow, hard to jumpstart. Alternator ok, no additional current drow in the car, baterry was changed. those batery terminals cost nothing do that and you will get rid of the problem.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. Awesome car almost at the moon 🌝 (402000 km away from earth). I am the third or fourth owner, OG engine, OG trans. Has been from Ontario to the Canada's East coast and back along with many many trips to and from Mississippi by the previous owners. Pick it up for 6 hundred and over the last 10000 have only replaced the fuel pump, shocks, breaks and basic regular maintenance. Super comfy for car camping with the seats out, smooth drive, great A to B, speakers rock, the sub booms, manual base and treble controls are a dream to have. Love my big Burtha.

ASE Parts Specialist 25 years. Bought this T&C Touring van with 175k miles from a family friend for $800 and figured it would need some things repaired. Being a tech for years, with good connections for parts, I might as well give it some love. Had a new battery and new rear tires I got to work. Replaced the following. PS pump and hose. Water pump, Upper and low intake gaskets, lower rad hose, Ft struts, rear coil over shocks, sway bar bushings and end link kits, front brakes, idler and tensioner pulleys, serpentine belt, transmission service and oil and filter change, 4 wheel alignment. Rides like new, would drive it to Florida tomorrow. Store n go seats are great.

When I first saw this car I thought it may have belonged to a mafia boss. It was deep lava red (dark purple) with lots of chrome and solid wood interior accent pieces. I am 6’4 and have no problem fitting in the car. Unfortunately though I have to duck to see the traffic light as my line of sight is blocked by the liner and visors. The smaller windows and high door frames create a “boss” look but also blind spots. Very careful when changing lanes. I love the grey leather interior, Boston stereo/sound system and power sunroof. This is also the first V8 I have ver owned. It feels like a muscle car. The 340 HP helped me get out of a few dicey situations. I also appreciate the deactivation of 4 cylinders when I cruise to give me better gas mileage. I have owned my 300C for just over 2 years now and have enjoyed it every minute. Only repairs have been the cheap plastic shift link (replaced with an aluminum one) and the windshield washer sprayers that broke. I replaced with 2 more I purchased on Amazon for just $15.00. I don’t drive it in winter being that it is just the RWD and not AWD. I am hoping as a result thanks to the Daimler (Mercedes) influence I may have many more years of worry free driving.

I bought a car from them in August 2020 and was very happy with them in many ways. They were very straight forward and very confident about their car. I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

From the moment I walked in, the sales team was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I lived my experience at sheehy Honda my sale member was Nicolas his is a great sales man he was kind polite and very respectful I had almost all my kids with me they were very active to say and he helped me with them he gave them papers to draw on and was very patient with me he answered all my questions and helped me with my car he sold me a very nice 2014 Honda odyssey with 66,000 miles I really like my car!!! Also all the staff was very kind and patient with me and the children over all it was a great experience I drove down from Baltimore Md and I was able to take the new car home and leave the car I came with and pick It up the next day they are very helpful as of now I have brought it there for maintenance that process as been great so far thank you sheehy Honda for my new Honda odyssey and Nicolas for such a great experience!!

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Easy and laid-back, let me look at the cars and make my own decision, then assisted me expertly through the whole bone process. So, so calm and laid-back. My kind of place.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I found a really nice car. I was on the fence. I was taken out 4 a second test drive. Everyone was polite. I purchased the vehicle. We had a few hiccups, AK took care of them. I live in MD. It didnt pass inspection here due to the car having modifications. I have notified Prime. I am waiting to see how this plays out.

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

This is my fourth Chrysler 200C that i have owned, and there is not a better car in it's class with a V6 295 hp 9 speed trans. that get's 30 plus MPG with that power and no turbo is just unreal. These cars are loaded with all the latest features , lane keep, adaptive cruise ,auto park and crash avoidance. which get's you a break on your auto insurance also. These cars are one of the best buy's out there.

I just bought a used 2012. It has all the options offered for that year. I am am very pleased with it. It is lust like new with 140,000 miles. It drives and handles like a brand new car.

I put 43000 miles in a year and a half on my 200c. I crashed it 3 times and drove like an absolutely lunatic all while being severely impaired by those fentenol pills. I was constantly slamming into curbs and went about 20000 miles without changing the oil and my faithful ride took it like a champ. If this car can take care of a crackhead junkie, I’m certain that it will take care of anyone. P.s. I no longer drive my 200 like I stole it and since I’m no longer on them blues, I’m able to Return the favor and take care of my 200.

300S V8. S added pro charger and woke the true potential. Last call for traditional performance at CDJR/Stellantis/whoever. Love this model sedan. Get one if you’ve been looking. Perfect combo of lux/look/ performance. Should’ve had a hellcat version.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, John and Ricky were awesome, and Tom in finance made the paperwork a breeze. I love my car and will refer anyone to Antwerpin for their car needs!

Definitely will meet our needs as a vehicle to transport wheelchair and will be comfortable with fabulous safety features. More technology than I have the capacity to use!
