Many thanks to Junior of Freedom Auto and a customer of Shine Detailing & Automotive for rescuing me when my car died just east of Broadway and Pines. They pushed the car up the hill into Freedom Auto’s lot, called a “Subaru Guru” in to diagnose the problem, and ultimately make the repairs so I could be on my way. They were able to turn a hopeless kind of situation into a solved problem!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I purchased a 2017 Dodge Challenger from Lithia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat of Spokane on 1/16/24. When I arrived home, I noticed a couple of issues I felt should have been disclosed pre-purchase. I contacted the salesman to discuss but didn’t think at that time there would be any resolution. As a result of what I felt was a non-response, I posted 1 star reviews of this dealership on 1/20/24 On 1/23/24 General Sales Manager James Richards reached out to me to discuss these issues. After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

This is a GREAT vehicle. Chrysler finally got the roof and bonnet functioning very well. The only problem I have had is that when it is raining and I'm in the garage and exiting; there is a fair amount of dripping onto the my leg.

My 2011 Chrysler 200 has been a joy to own. At 200,000 the engine went out but repaired would be about 5k so I guess it will go to car heaven since I can’t afford to replace the engine. Just put $600 set of tires and new battery. I am truly going to miss it.

Super polite people, vehicle was top notch at a great price. The loan officer (Ramon) was superb!! They got my loan set up and then changed it to get me a better interest rate. Ive always wanted a 300c. I ended up getting a 08 pearl blue full time awd 5.7 hemi 300c with black interior as a second weekend car. In 08 they revamped the interior and let me tell you its very nice the black is definitely the best interior color. All the touch points are nice the seats are cushy, nice leather and the quality of the interior is top notch and has a nice bit of retro styling sprinkled into it to which i like. The steering wheel is pretty big as well which i actually like. As far as driving this car is a great cruiser but is also fun to drive it can carve corners. Its a heavy car but its cause the body is sturdy which i like besides the bumpers its made with nice thick sheet metal. The general build quality of the car is great the whole car feels sturdy and quality which i like and its held up perfectly over the years. The styling of the car is great its very american and has that early 2000s modern retro styling which i love. For 2008 and 2009 only they introduced a new pearl blue color which is by far the best color you can get these cars in. Cause its awd it comes with the awd wheels which look nice. Its a 08 model so it comes with the full time Mercedes awd and bigger brakes and some other goodies. It comes with the older pre eagle 5.7 hemi which is the better motor to. It needed and still needs some maintenance and repairs. as far as repairs go this car is a bit of a bear to work on but its doable. Had some electrical gremlins i had to fix but its a chrysler so what do you expect. Dont like multi displacement system the 5.7 has but im currently rebuilding the motor so mds will be gone when im done. Another issue is the stock exhaust manifolds on the 5.7 suck and they have issues with cracking or warping causing an exhaust manifold leak.(this can be fixed permanently by installing osme aftermarket manifolds though) Very cool cars that i think should be saved. Maybe a Future classic? They say dont meet your heros but this car outdid my expectations in every way truly a brilliant car and i plan to keep it for a long long time.

The service department is excellent, specifically because of Patrick. He is the most attentive and caring service manager I have come across in over 50 years of driving cars. He went above and beyond in terms of looking out for me and my concerns. I couldn't more highly recommend his services.

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.
