I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

Sold my car recently and gave me a very fair price. Over book value and more than twice what the nearby dealership offered. Good place to sell.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Wow, what can I say. It was meant for me to connect with Kent K. at Bedrock Motors. I had been in search of a 2013 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet convertible. I literally only made one call, and rushed over after work to test drive. After doing a quick exam under the hood, and checking the ground for leaks. I was feeling confident about purchasing this vehicle. Kent was nice to inform me he would not be on site, so I met Kip who was just as helpful. I offered to put down a deposit, but Kip indicated no need it will be held for you : ). I came back with my 2013 trade in vehicle, and received a great deal. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Let me first say I am a very pragmatic, simply looking for a commuter car to replace a vehicle destroyed in an accident, and had been searching for a few weeks for a used car, and came across Cornerstone online. After weeks of dealing with sales folks who were the “classic” car salesman, trying to sell me cars at twice my budget, I was directed to Hakeem at Cornerstone. He listened to my needs, was attentive, gracious and patient. He referred me to comparable vehicles to my first choice both in type and price range, wasn’t trying to upsell crazy amounts over my budget, and I’m not only happy to say I purchased a car at Cornerstone Kia in Elk River, I’ll say I will go there for my future needs and you can bet I’m asking for this gentleman again. bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! I came to Hastings Chrysler to look at a used car that I had seen online. I texted with Logan a couple of times before arriving and expected that he would have the car ready for a test drive. When I got there, we did not get out of the lot before I noticed that oil light was on. We checked the oil and it was just a little bit low so we decided to take the car for a short driver. I barely got out of the lot before I heard a noise in the front end and felt significant vibration. I did not feel safe taking it further, so we just went around the block and returned. I understand this was an "as is" trade in that was not going to be repaired and was priced accordingly but I believe someone should have driven it before hand to be sure it was at least safe to drive. The second car we drove was much better and we went for a nice test drive, getting to try the car in town, highway and country road driving. I really liked the car but wanted to keep looking so did not make any commitment to buy. Logan introduced me to the used car manager and I got his card. After looking at a couple of other cars at other places, I decided to make an offer on the second car I had driven, a 2011 Subaru Outback. I left a message for Logan on my lunch break, he called me back when I was unavailable at work. I returned his call but did not hear back the next day. After a couple of more days, I called Logan again but got his voice mail and did not hear back. The next day I called and spoke to him and found that the car had been sold. I was disappointed but understand as I had made no commitment. Overall, I think your dealership is o.k. but I would recommend that you train all of your sales people to inspect and take a brief test drive of any vehicle they may have inquiries on.

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

I did not purches from Walser as the vehicle I went there to see was sold shortly before I arrived. The sales person and I reviewed inventory at multiple Walser dealerships. I was looking for very specific vehicles and they did not have any more in stock.

I've owned my 200 almost 2 yrs and have'nt had any problems so far. I love this car, handles great and the interior design is so sporty looking. I have some physical problems and this car is easy to get in and out of. I gave $10K for this 2015 Chrysler 200 I am very happy with this car and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a great car.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

I have a wonderful 2018 Pacifica Hybrid that I charge with a 7.2 kWh charging station that costs $300 with the optional weather tight receptacle and extra holster! It presently has 76,572 miles with absolutely no problems with anything. I enjoy 20,000 miles between oil changes (due to driving on battery power 50% of the time). I usually average around 28 to 32 miles per charge before the engine starts! Once the engine kicks in, I obtain around 28 to 36 mpg fuel economy using Top Tier gasoline! (Please Note, the first month I owned it, I was only getting 22 mpg). However, at the first month a competent dealer REPROGRAMMED the computer (netting the present mpg). You may be able to find a plug in hybrid that does better. However, you can’t find a seven (7) seat hybrid that is comfortable for six full size Americans driving long distances? Add in the fact that the floor is absolutely FLAT, the second row seats are fairly easy to remove if you need the extra storage! I plan on purchasing another one by the time I put around 100,000 miles on this one (only because that is the warranty on the high voltage battery in my State!). I usually go for weeks at a time without visiting a gas station. If I wanted to I could recharge along most major highways for FREE (if I wanted to wait around for an hour and a half (1 hour 45 minutes))! I hope they are able to increase the high voltage battery capacity in future models (Graphene battery, changing battery chemistry or allowing more of the existing battery to be utilized! Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Plug-in electric hybrid, really the car of the future and only such in a mini-van thus far. Lovely handling and tide, very pleased. Traded in a 20016 Town and Country, this is the next version.
