Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

DCH Ford of Eatontown is just an overall great dealership here in the Monmouth county area. There are several Ford dealers in the area, but DCH is my "go to" dealership. A great comfortable waiting area with wifi and a coffee bar. Sales and Service staff are friendly and easy to work. Izzy gave me a great deal on my new Explorer :)

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Repair of the crash system on a new Colorado. System failed and was not functioning. I took ithe vehicle to Lucas Chevrolet in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, who trouble shooted the problem, ordered the part and made the repair, with no problems.

If buying a car always went like this, people wouldn’t dread it. The team was on top of everything and the process was effortless. Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.
