We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

They were a little slow getting things going at first but then really got on the ball and met every expectatation and need we had. From Antonio to Nathan to Darius to Jesus. Antonio and Nathan are new and have a few things to learn but then they handed things off to Darius who got the ball rolling. Jesus was our final guy who finally talked me into the first 12 oil changes which averages out about the same. Maybe a little more but at least they are paid for and my daughter got a beautiful ride and she is more than ecstatic. Great job AutoNation. This is the third new car I have bought from them. They cime through every time.

Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

Great experience! Why waste your time with the big dealerships and sit around for hours! Manuel had me approved online in less then 30 minutes. Easy term financing with a bank, not to mention I didn’t have the best credit. Mike got me approved for the Passat I wanted and Kristi was great with insurance. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. I own a 2016 Chrysler 200C AWD with "Tech Package" (forward collision warning saved me from hitting back end of pickup Truck). Has Panoramic Sunroof. I bought car for my Wife but I enjoy driving Car to, has lot of Power from 3.6 liter V-6 engine, All Wheel Drive is awesome. reliable is great.

I love my 300, it gives me the power I need when I need . It gives me comfort while I drive. I feel very secure in it. It keeps me humble because without God I would not be driving it. This is how I feel like it or leave it.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Excellent reliability, no major issues. Do oil changes, tires about once a year, that's it. Very good fuel mileage. Tight turning radius, Handles well. Feels sturdy on the road, comfortable.

Great car. My fifth 300. started with 99 300M, then 05 300C, 2012 300 Touring L, 2018 300 Touring S(got totalled a yr in with 7k miles) to my current 2019 Touring L. 3 yrs old with almost 24k miles, still love the car. Wanna hopefully get a 2023, so I can have the latest one before they stop making them. Love the ride, rwd layout, 3.6 engine with 8 speed, 8.4" U Connect with upgraded sound system and Bluetooth/Carplay excellent. Comfortable and roomy. I am 6 foot 1 inch and I have room aplenty. White paint with white leather interior look awesome.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

My experience at this dealership was great! Garret was my salesperson and he was very experienced and did a great job helping with my car purchase. He gave me the keys and I knew it was the one. I test drove the car and it drove perfectly. The tires looked pretty new and the inside had no damage. The cars on their lot are very clean and maintained. Sam was who I worked with on the financing and he was very thorough in explaining all the options that I had. All the people there that I met were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this car dealership.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

We do recommend the Chrysler 300S with the 5.7L engine. Although it has spirited performance, the 2023 300C with the 6.4L engine is noticeably faster. Seats are very comfortable and the air conditioning is powerful. We got an honest 25mpg on our recent 1100 mile trip. Although I am a poor judge of infotainment systems, this one appears entirely adequate. The only mechanical problem was the need to replace all the original brake rotors. It took more than two months for the dealer to receive factory replacements. As of this date new ones are still available. You will like this car.

My 2019 Chrysler 300 Ltd. replaced my previous car, Mercedes E420 which i loved and had for over 22 years. The Chrysler has much amazing worthwhile technology. It is comfortable, roomy and attractive. The 6 cylinder engine is like a V-8. When i replace this car, i will hope to purchase a newer version of this same car.
