Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I've been servicing my Grand Caravan since 2023 in here with high satisfaccion, this time on february the 4th, I got the check engine light fixed, and I requested a quote for the headrest of the second-row seat, which was not retracting. To my surprise, when I returned, they had already carried out the work and were demanding that I pay for it. Also I would like to receive everytime the complimentary multipoin inspeccion. Thanks

After having a terrible experience purchasing my vehicle at a CDJR dealer in Brooksville, Stan and I went to Jim Browne CDJR in Dade City to purchase his vehicle. We met with Chris Cusker. What a huge difference from my experience. Chris as well as Beau in finance were extremely nice, completely honest and above board. They disclosed everything to us, answered all of our questions and unlike my experience we left the dealership with all of the paperwork from the sale. The dealership itself is very clean with a relaxing and comfortable service waiting area. Without disclosing one of the problems I had with my vehicle from the Brooksville dealer, suffice to say, Gene, a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman in Jim Browne's service department resolved it. This dealer is by no means close to where we live but they are certainly worth the drive for both vehicle purchases and service. This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

I needed some service on my Caravan that had been converted by Braun Mobility .Jenkins did everything they could to get it fixed but it was a problem with a Braun part but they did the best they could I would recommend them to other Canadian that travel or vacation in that area

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
