I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

After my others I rank this one as my favorite. I like the looks, handling , power and size. Just right for me. Lots of cargo space.

Got this car right out of college at 253k miles, it's at 311k currently, no engine or major internal issues, seems like it can go another 100k miles, amazingly awesome 😎👍

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

My son needed a new(used) vehicle and we came across a beautiful truck with very low miles at Carolina Auto Connection. I contacted Joe and he was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone. We scheduled an appointment and headed out the next day to see it. The pictures didn’t do this truck justice! It was SUPER clean both inside and out. We purchased the truck that day and took her home. Unfortunately, a couple days later I had an issue with the truck. I contacted Joe and he immediately took care of it. I bought the truck “as-is” but Joe really backs his vehicles and helped me resolve the situation quickly. Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service

I've had a 17 Ford Fiesta Se car since 2017. Bought it brand new off the lot. Got ripped a new one due to the price I paid, however it was worth it. She's got a bit over 200,000 miles and the only major problems were the timing belt was walking off, and the original belt snapped put of the blue once. Cars a/C is still perfect, lacks horsepower but a very economical and spunky car. Time for maintenance on the sus as of now, but I still love driving it. Bluetooth took a crap, and it still drives great. I live in the mountains so it's taken a beating, but she keeps going!

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

I have had my Nissan versa for going on 8 years its Never has had a problem it is reliable a keeps up in fast traffic It's very good on gas It is an excellent car I love this car and I would recommend it to anyone add a great price

Bought our 2012 Kia Sportage EX used in 2017. Drawn to the stylish exterior of the EX version. Relatively low mileage with leather seats and 2.4 litre engine, larger than the standard 2.0 in other comparable cross-overs ( Hyundai and Mazda). This vehicle has been one of the most comfortable and reliable vehicles we have ever owned. Now have 220k KM with only standard maintenance. Tires, battery, filters and fuel. We take several long trips each year from Alberta to BC and have found the Kia comfortable and powerful through the mountain passes. The one disappointment is the failure of the UVO stereo system in past year. The speakers stopped working as the section of the amplifier that transmits signal stopped working. Replacement audio unit from Kia is overpriced at CDN 900. This has been our only problem. Like the styling, performance and reliability of this vehicle.

I bought this car from a dealer in 2018 with 9.5K miles on it. It was previously owned by an employee executive in that business. The car in 2023 now has 93K miles on it. Issues I've had: 1) Horn failed 2) Heating/Defrost Vent Solenoid failed twice. 3) APIM (Bluetooth connectivity) failed. The engine has been solid. The transmission has been solid. (reworked for the 2017 model year). Cooling has been fine. Radio has great reception and sounds good. For me (5-9", 235 lbs) the front bucket seats are comfortable. I've used the back seat fold down feature several times to transport items I thought would not fit inside the car.
