I have had many car buying experiences over the years. I’ve had good ones, bad ones, up to ones that were total nightmares, like showing up and having the dealership tell me, after a 30-minute delay, that the vehicle we had agreed that I was to test drive had been destroyed in a fire. Certainly a creative twist on the bait and switch sales tactic. That being said,. Let’s talk about Spartanburg Honda. I don’t think I’ve ever had a delightful car buying experience in my life (and I was born in the 1960s). That’s exactly the kind of experience I had at Spartanburg Honda. A delightful one! I arrived at the appointed time and the vehicle that I wanted to test drive was ready to go. Tommy McGaha was my sales consultant. Things went smoothly from test drive, to negotiating, to writing up the contract. There were no high pressure sales tactics or tricks or traps In the process. They disclosed everything about the vehicle and gave me a copy of the Carfax report. They even let me take the (used) vehicle offsite to get a third-party inspection. (The Carfax report showed that the vehicle had been in a rear-end accident requiring it to be towed which is why I wanted the third-party inspection. The car checked out fine and the third-party inspection gave me peace of mind I needed to close the deal.) Thomas Hawkins then wrote up the loan and finalized the deal. He offered me optional protection packages that provided real value. Again, no xx, no phony dealer installed options or made up fees. Tommy and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would add that I got a fair price on a good vehicle, and they worked with me on my trade.

One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. Bought mine used with 40,000 mi. Now at 110,000mi. Outside of one wheel bearing and a master cylinder no mechanical issues.Perfect combination of size,comfort and performance and the THX 14 speaker sound system still sounds great.

I have a 2012 Ford edge sport with 228,506 miles on it. Still driving strong. I love it. It has the 3.7 L V6 in it. It moves fast. I feel safe like it’s all around an amazing SUV it’s been one of my favorite vehicle so far I can’t believe that Ford is Discontinuing The Ford edge. I think it’s stupid but that’s just my opinion

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

I love my G35x although I bought a Lexus last year an RX350 I still love my G. It’s sporty fast great acceleration and handles great on the road and in the snow. I keep up with the maintenance and it has been so reliable. I have owned this car for about 7 years and bought with only 64k. It now has 161k and still going strong. If this car starts to fall apart I will definitely buy another if it cost more to fix. I plan to own this car until the wheels fall off. Love my G💯💪🏽. Thinking about putting a wrap on iit spice up the color.

I really enjoy driving this vehicle it is a daily driver I had to modify the exhaust because a weld broke after someone else cut the resonators off thinking it was the cats I bet they felt great at the scrap yard but any way it just rolled over to 200k a few days ago it still performs great I put drilled and slotted rotors then put new cats and AutoZone bought pipe for duels it sounds obnoxious and angry I think the srx was held back and could have produced an excellent sport vehicle as for the brakes since the new rotors I havent had any issues still OEM calipers I was behind a vehicle that was on a cars but and it stopped suddenly the only thing I could do was stand on the breaks then I let off gassed hard as I swerved around the 2012 srx was still solid and reliable and I squeezed a camel through an eye hole it gave me a real rush of adrenaline and made me realize this car is just a wee bit more than I thought

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

I've had this car for 12 years. It still only has 64k miles. Think little old lady. One expensive repair in all that time is pretty good for as old as it is. The sensor lights stay on all the time, but the car sill runs like a top. I would buy another Jeep if they still made them to look like a Jeep again.

My son needed a new(used) vehicle and we came across a beautiful truck with very low miles at Carolina Auto Connection. I contacted Joe and he was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone. We scheduled an appointment and headed out the next day to see it. The pictures didn’t do this truck justice! It was SUPER clean both inside and out. We purchased the truck that day and took her home. Unfortunately, a couple days later I had an issue with the truck. I contacted Joe and he immediately took care of it. I bought the truck “as-is” but Joe really backs his vehicles and helped me resolve the situation quickly. Bought this car new and still have it 16 years later - it's so great. 6-speed shifts beautifully and goes like spit. Handles well. Looks like a luxury sedan but drives like a muscle car. Did I mention this car abhors rust? even in salty roads Ottawa.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

This is a fantastic truck. Plenty of power for what I need. Interior feels great. Bed size is more than adequate. Exterior looks sharp. Overall, better than I imagined.
