I took my car in for repairs. Marty, the Service Manager, listened to my issues and he asked a couple questions for more information. He gave me an expected date to pick up my vehicle. He actually called a couple days early saying it's ready to pick up. Marty was very courteous and professional. I will definitely return for future repairs.

Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

I stopped in to look at a used truck and met with Brad who spent lots of time sharing information about the vehicle and comparisons with other vehicles in the same class he seemed very knowledgeable and yet was comfortable to talk to with no high pressure gimmicks....after the sale Brad took the time to show me how to operate controls on vehicle and programmed the blue tooth for my cell phone...I was impressed with the amount of service and maintenance they had done to vehicle including new timing belt, water pump and all fluids and filters replaced ....I recommend Brad and this dealership 😁

I traded my 2021 Santa Fe for the 2024 Santa Cruz as the exterior of the Santa Fe for 2024 to me was a turn off. Great decision, Santa Cruz is a pleasure to drive, great gas mileage and reliable. Only shortfall is the leaky bed cover. Dealer said it couldn't be fixed.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

Just purchased as a daily driver for work. Had it two months with 104,000 miles. Looks and drives great. Base model but I’m pleased with its features. I agree not a lot of power but purchase it as a work vehicle to garage my nicer vehicle.

This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

Bought this new, never had any major issues mechanically. I take care to give it regular oil changes with synthetic. The nav has gotten laggy so I don't bother with it anymore and stick with my phone. I've also noticed the TPMS sensors seem more sensitive lately, so it annoyingly warns me about low tire pressure, even when it's not that bad yet. This blocks the screen telling me avg. mpg, so I have to fill it up I can't just ignore it for awhile. Other than that I still love driving it, it's quick enough for me and fun to drive around town. I was expecting to change cars much early especially with the warranty now over, but I'm going to stick with it for a few more years.

As a long time Chevrolet owner my first Impala was a 1968 2 dr notch roof which i brought from New Jersey. The second one was a 2008 four door that we bought from Prestiege and was a great vehicle with no issues and we had it for eleven years. yes I have the 2011 F450 Guinee pig, as I call it. I have really had min. issues. One time the pressure box for the Turbo blew the ring off at the connection portion of it? Still don't know why, Bad mold? Turbo issue? They fixed it for fee, Now mind you my Truck is low miles owned straight from Factory. I currently have about 76000 miles on it. Not to long ago the engine light came on, I pulled over and looked under the hood. Everything was full, and engine light did not flash what was wrong nor looking at the computer part of the gages told me what was up. I figured I have an extended warranty my husband said drive it home. Drove it up to Ford. They ran their code on it. and the heating element for the DEF tank, was going out. It hadn't completely gone out. But going. That is 1000.00 fix thankfully my extended warranty covered it. with a 100 dollar deductible, July 5 I took it into Ford Quick Lane. had the oil and all the filters changed. I drove it up to Woodland Ca and back. Thankfully what happened yesterday didn't happen on the 10 hour turn around. I had to go get something Big so I pulled my truck up to wash it off. Turned off the hose. I could hear something running like a cow peeing of a flat Rock. I looked and about then it died. as a safety Code went off. I popped the hood, turned on the key aux and fuel was spraying out of the Fuel filter. and the cap seal portion. spraying is an under statement. It was coming out like a high pressure Hose with no end. Dumped a tank a fuel in a matter of seconds. Had it towed up to Ford. and They tried to give this spill of we had to order a part, and we will have to take off the manifold to get to a hose which is ran under the manifold. Ya they have plastic manifolds. Big Job as they said. I said well my truck better not have any issues after this. You guys messing with things under my hood. Oh it will be fine! No Fine isn't good enough. I want the engine compartment Degreased as well as the undercarriage. I better not have any issues with wiring components, Or any other damage due to the diesel spraying all over! So will see. I have not had but three things happen on this truck. Since 2011

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.
