I live in Shreveport and the two hour drive to Sulpher Springs was worth every second of the amazing experience I had working with Bonner Lovern! I saw my now truck on auto trader and called the dealership and got all the details and got an amazing deal on an even more amazing truck. Most of my experience was over the phone and I was never left in the dark on anything that was going on. Arriving at the dealership to sign all the paper work was by far the best part pulling in and seeing my future truck front and center sitting pretty and clearly freshly detailed. 2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

We traded in a 2005 Dodge Ram Pickup for a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. We worked with Tammy Bain, and the Manager, Jeff Shelton. Given our experience with Sulphur Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM so far, we can definitely recommend them.

I talk with them for about a week before we went up there. When we got there they had the car I was asking about pulled up and ready to go. We didn't like that car so Bonner helped us find another one. They had given me a quote of what my trade in was worth over the phone and they did really good at meeting my price. Their finance department found me a loan 2% lower than my credit union what can I say the are the greatest place to get a car, call Bonner he will do what you need to get in to a car.

Bought my 2015 Silverado in 2023. It’s been a great running truck. It’s roomy and runs very smooth and is very good on gas mileage.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Paul and the team at Sulphur Springs Dodge. Having been in the automotive business for 20 years I have a real dislike for car dealers. This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this truck if you own a ranch, farm, or travel alot. Go Chevy!!

The 2012 Gran Cherokee Overland has been my car for over 12 years. I’ve enjoyed every minute of driving it. Have made several road trips with it and never a complaint. It’s plush with features and luxury items. Love the looks, love the ride, love the comfort and love the low cost of ownership. Jeep lives up to its name and fame.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
