I needed to make a car purchase decision quickly because my previous car was destroyed in an accident. I wasn't thinking of a Mercedes but I could not find the right car in the other brands I was considering. I located a low-mileage CLS450 and was shown the car by Remington Logue. I liked the car and found Remington to be very easy to work with. Also, Zach Hill did a great job explaining the workings of the car to my wife and me. I don't usually buy extended warranties and pre-paid maintenance programs but, in this case, it fit my circumstances to do so. If my future service experiences measure up to my purchase, I will feel that this is one of my best car-buying experiences.

Sl400 is really a great car, comfortable, fast, reliable, well put together, little low to the ground so a little harder to get in and out of but once inside the car you don’t feel like it low and lot of room inside, love this car.

I showed up within 30 minutes of them closing on a Saturday and he was more than happy to grab the keys and head out. There were 2 vehicles on line I was interested in, one of which wasn't on the lot yet. He assured me he'd let me know when it arrived and hold it so I could come see/test drive. Sure enough he texted me Monday when it arrived, and scheduled a Tuesday walk thru and test drive. My only contemplation was to either keep or trade my current LR. I met with David the owner who was fair with negotiating and worked with Jordan for finance. This team is friendly and pressure free. They appear to be fair in their pricing of vehicles understanding the profit margin to flip these cars they don't seem to be price gauging even with watching my trade in get priced and sell within the week or so of my purchase. I purchased a C8 convertible about 1 1/2 years ago from Autoboom. They were clear about price and doc fee. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I would purchase from this dealership again and likely will.

This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?
