While we waited, we checked for used cars. Christine came out and talked to us about cars that would fit our needs. Christine was so personable, kind, and not pushy!!! Christine showed us a car that had great mileage, great price, and affordable! We bought the car!!! What??? We were just having the Escort serviced! Also, my mom is 83, I say that with respect. George could have told my mom, that she needed all sorts of things done too the car! But, all she needed was an oil change! We deal with Tasca because they are honest people! In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).

i bought a used car from the dealership in March 2017 and just went back and bought a brand new car the end of February 2018. i would never go anywhere else at this point. Awesome car. 2007 Base in 'passion red' # 225 of 250. First roadster I've ever owned, so I can say its the best I've ever owned. Purchased last year with 98k miles and the car runs and drive like new. Everything works (for now) its been a lot of fun getting to know it.

I loved this car the minute I drove it, and I still love it 8 years later. It is so comfortable, and so nice to drive. I will say that I don't love driving it when the roads are wet (rear wheel drive), and can't imagine driving it in snow or ice. I bought a brand new Honda last year to have something to hold my two 80 pound dogs, and I so prefer this car to the new one. It has been very reliable, also.

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

There is a reason I keep coming back to these gems. I'm about to purchase my 4th one. I've owned a GS for 10 years and 2 GTs for 7 years. One being a Spyder which I always said was the best car I ever owned. Perfectly balanced, fast, great looks, beatiful paint colors. A blast to drive. The interior lighting and the 650 watt Rockford Fosgate are AMAZING. Everything feels right about the car. And the cost of ownership is great, just basic maintenance. I regretted getting rid of them all (traded 2 for a Vette). After 2 years, I"m going back. Found a Spyder GT in Rave Red and it will arrive soon. I can't wait to drive this gem of a car again!

The Volkswagen Eos is an amazing hard-top convertible with a large sunroof. Eos is a highly engineered German vehicle. The DSG transmission is superb. I get spectacular gas mileage with my 2014 Eos Sport. It's great for me to commute to work or run around town. Then there are the topless excursions...

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! My 2001 SLK 320 is a great car, it's fast,dependable , gets good gas mileage, looks and looks great. I get a lot of compliments daily, for being over 20 years old that's saying a lot.

Three years of ownership and My Luso version is comfortable, fun to drive, A real keeper. Add a custon exhaust, with great sound. Not as loud as the Abarth but jst right.

Best covertible under $30k used. Italian styling/handling and Japanese reliability. What a car. As a previous 911 and SL 300 owner, I prefer this as a toy without the expensive repairs. All parts are Japanese and repairs are minimum. Best KEPT secret, buy a classic car, and enjoy for years! Handling is insane! Not a daily driver!

After 20 years of dreaming, I found my Egyptian Sand Pearl ‘03 beauty with 142910 original miles. Got most of its records and it had great care! I have changed all the fluids and timing belt water-pump Tensioner, thermostat, hoses & radiator to drive everyday in the summer and fall! Mileage on super has been 19.8 to 22 mpg mostly city driving ! It has been nothing short of a fantastic cruiser! Make sure you do the tb and wp every 9 yrs or 90000 miles and the engine will be bulletproof.

So I owned my 2007 Miata for one year and two months until someone hit it when it was parked, and it got totaled. I bought it for $7000 and it had 213000 miles on it. The first year I spent around $1500 on repairs, maybe this number is so high because I wanted to take care of it well and others don't care to repair something immediately when it needs to be repaired. I also did all repairs with my dad so labor costs were not an issue. I talked to many friends who have cars like mustangs, enclaves and maximas and they pretty much all spent under 1,000 on repairs in the first year (they spent an average of like 400-500). Their cars ranged in years and miles. I assume the high milage on this car made the more frequent repairs needed. Anyway I loved this car gas milage was good and there was a few leaks like the rear brake light needed new gaskets under it. Great car but I feel like I was cheated a bit.

My 2017 Ford Edge was a lease It only had 20600 miles so I purchased the vehicle from Flood Ford, Paulette was the person who did the paperwork, she was very helpful and courteous in getting the paperwork and registration for my Ford Edge done.

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

I purchased my 2023 Trail Blazer from Kevern P., after a brief conversation made me feel important and that I could trust him in that I was going to be treated fairly. I did not go into Tasca looking to buy at that time, however I left with my new vehicle. On 9/13/2023 I brought my vehicle in for a recall to have a part installed that wasn't available at build time. I met Tiffany P., in service and was welcomed and explained what had to be done and how long it would take. Tiffany was right on target and very pleasant / easy to work with. A beautiful automobile gift from my beautiful wife on 6/2/23. I’ve been searching for a tbird and a friend told me to call and see if this guy was willing to sell one of 3 Tbirds he had. Little did I know in a few hours I’d be the new owner of Dale Jarrett’s personal Tbird with only 6,842 miles on it. His signature is on the dash and also his personal leather racing jacket signed. Needless to say it handles like new and has new car smell. We drove it from Charlotte NC to Charleston SC and couldn’t believe how it performed handled and rode. It’s definitely an eye catcher. The hardtop was easy to remove with 2 people. It would have been nice if it would have been designed to retract into the trunk. But mine came with hoist to attach to garage ceiling which made it very easy. I’m 100% satisfied and happy with my new Tbird.

I bought my 2007 Convertible Z51 3LT in October of 2024. It had 118,000 and now has just over 125,000 miles. This car was someone’s toy as it has a cold air Vararam intake and long tube headers, and has been very well cared for as well. It still looks and drives like new, not bad for an 18 year old car. My only knock on the car is the interior is a lot of plastic and kind of blah. The Center stack is right out of the GM parts bin, nothing special. Raising and lowering the top is as simple as releasing the center handle and pushing a button for up or down. Only the 3 LT does that little trick, the rest are manual. Performance wise, stock it was 5 HP shy of a C5 Z06, mine is making 505 at the wheels very similar to a C6 Z06. When you stomp that loud pedal you better be focused and right with Jesus. I kinda got in trouble when I bought it, my wife as not as excited as I was until we had our first date in the car, she forgave me and I bought her a convertible Mustang a month later.

i was buying remote so it is always more difficult… i thought they would give up on me … they did not …. every person i talked to on the phone (and there were many and often) was patient kind and helpful … i regret not being able to meet them in person to say thank you … they earn their 5 star rating …

I recently bought a 2001 C5 base automatic with 59,000 miles on it. I absolutely love this car. I’ve been using it as my daily and have put about 2,000 miles on it in about 5 months and it’s been nothing but great. Mine does have the Z51 package so it’s a little stiff and bumpy but with a sports car that what you expect. The only problems I’ve had are sometimes one of the pop up lights doesn’t go up but the good thing is there’s a hand crank for when that happens so you can put them up and the radio in mine had an issue where the lights on it would stay on and drain the battery but it is a 23 year old car so a few small electrical issues don’t surprise me. Besides that it’s been a great car so far and for anyone looking for a good, reliable, great looking sports car I don’t think there’s a better one out there especially for the money, it’s also plenty fast, I’ve recorded a 4.4 second 0-60 in mine on a non prepped road and all the mods mine has is a straight pipe muffler delete with no tips and pipes and a cold air intake so it’s pretty much stock. Overall I absolutely love this car and I hope to keep it for a long time (or until I get a C7 corvette) but I’d definitely recommend it if you can find a decent one for the money!
