I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

I owned several Audi's from S8 S4 A4000 5000T and RS-5, did owned also C63amg, BMW 535I, Mustang 5.0 etc. Bought it 5 years old with 60k miles. Since than i have it for 4 years. Regular maintenance, nothing else. Just let you know, this engine is a GEM. 4.2 NA 8300RPM redline its a rocket. Not fastest car but xxxx of the fun to drive. I deleted resonater did Stage 2 tune and car wake up like crazy. You dont need to do a tune, but it will make a difference on 0 to 60. Which my best time was 3.763 secs. LOVE THIS CAR. This forgotten model 2013-2015 will be instant classic, when time come.

A 1993. Bought at end of 2019 w/112k for a good price. Car was in good shape, i.e. no head gasket issues minor oil leaks. After flushing the cooling system changing the belts & hoses & fluids, I drove it for the next 2years without issue. Last year (at 126K) new rad., coolant cross-over and water pump. Now it runs perfectly. Issues: Complicated top that needs a specialist to adjust to work easily. Now have 131k. Positives: stunning to look at (head-turner), fast for an early 90's car (0-60, 6.2, 1/4 mile 14.8 and a Cadillac claimed 241kph top), very nice interior for the time. A hybrid (Italo-American) at a very nice price.

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

I’ve owned many cars, ranging from Acura to BMW to Volvo. This RS5 convertible is possibly the best overall drivers car I’ve owned. In comfort or Auto, easy daily driver. Dynamic will exhilarate and the exhaust will garner some attention. I get compliments almost every time I take it out. I bought it 2 yrs old w under 10k miles and have had it almost 5. Tires, brakes (pricey), routine maintenance and that’s it. Fast, aggressive when you want it, smooth all the time.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

We bought our 2014 Porsche Boxster Base in early 2016 with only 1,200 miles on the odometer from a Porsche dealer in NC. We’ve owned Corvettes, BMW 528i’s, Mercedes 300D’s, Subaru’s, Prius, Explorer, Suburban, etc and our Boxster is by far the best car overall! During the extended factory warranty we had it serviced at a dealer and their warranty was excellent. Now we use other experts for service and the have access to the factory maintenance and can reset the yellow service requests after completion. The 2.7 liter flat 6 is excellent and nothing beats the sound it makes above 4,000 rpm. Also ours gets 40+ mpg at highway speeds and corners like it’s on rails! Go ahead. Buy one!

They are super helpful beginning to end. Dave busted his butt to make sure I had the car I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with everything. He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Him and 8-11 motor groups are fantastic. 8-11 actually makes you feel like you matter!

I've owned my 2006 Viper coupe for 5 years now and still absolutely love it !! The car's handling is unbelievable!! I e gone 193 mph and I know it still has more to give.

Bought this little Gem off of a friend of mine, It has 100,000 miles on it but you wouldn't know it! Drives and handles like a dream, has plenty of power the supercharger works well very impressive!!!!! Never had a Mercedes before but would not hesitate to buy another one. this little roadster is just too much fun!!! :)

Not a daily driver. But, by far the most fun car I’ve ever owned. Bought a 2013 S MT in 2015, still can’t part with it in 2024. This one’s a keeper. It is a pure joy to drive, mostly top down but even top up, the flat 6 boxer engine sound is incredible. Handling is superb - it’s like the car is an extension of the person driving it…the car goes where ever you want it to go effortlessly and nimbly…it’s amazing! The 981s MT is an incredible value. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I have owned old and new 911’s, including a 2004 911 Turbo, and my current 2006 Boxster Base with the silky smooth 5 speed manual has been the most fun to drive. Small, light, nimble, great exhaust note, etc. It’s just a well-refined, well-engineered and perfectly balanced roadster. I love it. My dad once said “The Germans will always be the world’s best toy makers, and he was right!”

I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis. Best covertible under $30k used. Italian styling/handling and Japanese reliability. What a car. As a previous 911 and SL 300 owner, I prefer this as a toy without the expensive repairs. All parts are Japanese and repairs are minimum. Best KEPT secret, buy a classic car, and enjoy for years! Handling is insane! Not a daily driver!

I've owned the BMW for 6 years, and the M Roadster is the most enjoyable car I have ever driven. The 3.2L engine is BMW M rock solid, and is just a beast in such a light weight car. You take the car out for an afternoon drive and you just don't want to stop driving. The Nappa leather seats hug you like a race car, and with the top down on a sunny day all you want to do is find the next set of curves and hills, shifting through all 5 gears, a true driver's car. I would never admit to driving my M over 140 mph on an open stretch of road ;-)

First was 1996.1.9L.best experience seating in the trunk.currently another z3.2.8.almost 200k mikes.runs like new.doesnt burn one drop of oil.plenty of power.no cry baby bout valve cover or piwer steering leak.nor oil filter housing leak.car is trouble free.and its not a miata.
