I got my solstice for only $5000 with 36000 original miles on it. Checked car fax and it had oil change less than every 1000 miles by one owner and was barely driven by most owners. I’m the 6 th owner. This car is prestine. I could sell it amd make $8000. But I love it too much to do that. It looks more expensive than it was. It handles and goes around corners like no other. I don’t think it’s possible to roll this car. I do not have a turbo in it, I would just get in trouble. 170 hp 5 speed manual id fine for me. The miles will stay low because I live in tahoe and it’s got to be stored for the winter months. This car turns heads. Downside, if I have a passenger, there’s absolutely no room for anything. It’s not a car I would take on a long road trip unless you were alone. I drive it nice so far just because it’s in such excellent shape. The weight capacity on it is under 400 lbs. so if you’re a big person with a big spouse, the car wouldn’t be practical. I’m 110 lbs and my boyfriend is 200 lbs and that’s about the max load... especially if he has groceries piled on him. Definitely not built for a wider person. If you’re tall the car does have ample leg room and height with the top up. I call it my fun weekend car. That’s what it’s for, for a nice drive on Sunday or to go out and have a showy car on a Friday and Saturday night, maybe a solo shopping trip too. It’s definitely a fiat weather car with the rear wheel drive as well.

I live out of state and felt it was time to reward myself with something very nice regarding a car. I focus my attention on purchasing a 2017-18 Mercedes C300 convertible. After searching and being disappointed by several snake oil type sale's persons who wanted way too much for a car with way too many miles. I stumbled across the car of my dreams which is a Red 2017 Mercedes AMG convertible with only 2200 miles at a very reasonable price. I was thinking this can't true(like the old saying goes too good to be true it usually is) I contacted Covington Car Company and spoke with Jeff a very kind gentlemen who explained the vehicle is still available? He was very patience in explaining how Covington Car Company obtained the vehicle and sent me the carfax for the Mercedes. Jeff went as far as taking a detailed video of the exterior and interior of the car which I became convince this is real and true and to make this deal now in which I've done. Jeff is there every step of the way including assisting in the transport of the car to Nevada. I dealt with a lot of "get all you can from the customer" type sale's person. Jeff is a true professional who's mindset is gear to having repeat customers and giving excellent customer's service . Buying a car is challenging and buying a car out of state is beyond Challenging but rest assure Jeff will be there for you to kick the tires and whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with your big purchase. I have had my '02 base 6 speed manual Carrera Coupe for about 5 years. It was a car I had checked out, but my wife bought for my 50th. I love the car. I do some "spirited drives" with a great group of folks early Sunday mornings (when the back roads are pretty empty). The car is just a blast to drive hard. I have never come close to finding its limits in terms of cornering. It can be driven quite sedately if you keep it under about 4,000 RPMs. Fine around town. Stop and go traffic is obviously a pain with any manual car, but the clutch is a little stiffer than, say, a Honda. Road trips are fine if you can fit, and it's a bit noisy on the highway from tire noise. I was interested in the 911 over a used Cayman (or Miata, etc.) because I can put my kids in the back (they are 4 and 7, and they LOVE pulling "g-forces" The main downside is this is a 22 year old car with a list of things that really need to be replaced. Not because they are broken, but just standard maintenance. I need a transmission rebuild to fix an occasional issue with 2nd gear. Rear main seal. Check the IMS bearing. Water pump. Then the suspension and engine mounts probably need to be gone over. All this is probably $12,000-$15,000. Bottom line, these 996 911s can be had for mid-20's, but it's still a Porsche. You don't get Honda-priced parts when you need to replace something.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

My 2008 Redline was one of my favorite car purchases ever. I bought it as a second vehicle to cruise around with the top down. This car shocked me by it's performance. Super quick with very little turbo lag. Handling is on par with a Miata. With it's massive clam shell hood it's also super easy to work on. Not the nicest interior materials, but it's reliable and parts are readily available. My opinion is this is the perfect buy for someone looking for an affordable sports car.

The redline Sky is an amazing car for the money. So much fun to drive...the power and handling on this car are better than cars twice as expensive. Super reliable 2.0 4 cylinder turbo makes it a worry-free convertible. Love it!

I grew up loving muscle cars, built a V8 Vega in high school, but after living in Europe for a couple of years I came back sweating for a sports car, started with a 240Z and moved to a V6 Fiero (sun roof required for extra head room). After raising a family, it was time to get back to something fun. I'm a taller person at 6'6", short legs, long in the body. Not many roadsters that I can fit in. I couldn't fit in the Miata :(, or BMW Z3, I fit in the Z4 but didn't like the styling. In 2020 I found a 2008 Sky with 28,000 miles calling my name. I'm a tall person at 6'6", so with the top up my head does poke the padded lining, with the top down when I pull up to a stop light I look at it above the windshield. Mine is an automatic as there is not enough room for even my shorter legs to run a clutch. I LOVE this car, it is my first roadster, it's a garage queen, it never sees the snowy Utah roads but it chases the canyons almost weekly during good weather!

This car is my dream car! Even down to the color!!! It's a gas hog but I can't help but putting my foot in its petal and absolutely love the sound and feel of it as I drive!

Mine is a 2006 4.0 V6 convertible. I am absolutely in love with this car. It was very, very well maintained by the previous owner, and aside from minor paint chipping, looks to be almost brand new. It never fails to turn heads.

The Ford Mustang is the kind of car that you get because you want, not because you need. And this one is exactly what I need. Much more ruggedly built the Fox body Mustangs, Though a little smaller in appearance, but a whole lot of fun for the money especially if you can find 8 cylinder with low mileage.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

The black convertible top looks nice against the black accents around the body. The Z28 emblems are original against the Emerald Green allowing the secrets of sole and contents. The whole car has the look of a well-respected machine, right down to the factory 16-inch alloys. In fact, the only addition we can recognize are the bright exhaust tips out back, and they just remind everyone why we love a good Z/28.

Restoration was started but never completed. Fun car to drive especially with the roof down. Go for it!
