What really stood out was how the team went above and beyond — the car originally only had one key, but they provided me with the second key free of charge (something they weren’t obligated to do) and even included all-weather mats for the vehicle at no additional cost. The whole staff worked together seamlessly: Steve Schwegmann, the business manager, was exceptionally helpful, and Brent McMillen, the sales manager, made sure everything came together smoothly to finalize the deal. I am very impressed, have zero complaints, and would absolutely buy from Greenwood Automotive again without hesitation.
