The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

I bought this car in 2013 with less than 10K miles on it (certified pre-owned at the now closed Volvo dealer in Thousand Oaks, CA). I love this car, but I'm so glad I bought the maintenance contract along with the extended warranty. It has never let me down or had to be towed but it has had more than its fair share of warranty repairs. The suspension had some major issues but that may have been due to the poor quality roads and streets in Los Angeles. I will most likely be driving my C70 Volvo for many more years as I have no intention of ever selling it.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

We bought this car in 2019 after selling our Porsche 944. It is a wonderful car to drive and we've used it on all of our long trips where its just my wife and I driving (we have a 7 passenger car when we take the kids places). Upgrading from the Porsche it's nice to have automatic transmission and cruise control and the car is about as low. Understand that luggage space is limited with the top down so while you can take trips with 3 or 4 people, cargo space is limited if you want to be able to put the top down. Satellite radio is great however the tuner is older so you can't get newer stations like "Road Trip Radio" or anything in the 300's, but its still great not to have to look for a new radio station every 15-20 minutes when driving out in South Dakota or Wyoming and there are plenty of classic rock stations. I purchased a Volvo wind-screen that covers the rear seats and that cuts out the back flow considerably (on the tollway, my wife's long hair would be blowing almost straight forward with the top down over 50mph without the screen but with it, there is little back flow if any). Its a great little fun car and gets good mileage too. I replaced all tires with Pilot 4's. Cigarette lighter is flat facing up so you'll want to cover it because things can fall into it if you don't have a cover on it (been there done that) but makes a great place for a 2 USB plugin charger to keep your phones charged. Overall its a really nice car, and has required little service in the 3 years we purchased it except for oil changes (and replacing tires). We just turned 50k miles on it.

I purchased a Honda from this dealership in October. Based on my experience with 1st Choice Auto, I'd rate their communication 5/5 and the condition of the vehicle that I purchased from them 3.5/5, for a total of 4/5 stars. The pros: they answer calls promptly and courteously. They work with out-of-state buyers (i.e., I was permitted to send a mobile mechanic to check out the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection, and I was allowed to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle). They provided an itemized list and total of all costs over the phone and by email, and offered to handle the DMV/MVA paperwork for me. The mechanic noted that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and the dealership took care of that for me at my request. The cons: their listings claim that, "All safety recalls performed prior to vehicle pickup." That was not, in fact, the case with my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership more than three business days after placing my deposit. They offered to take it to a Honda dealership for me to get the recall resolved, but it was too late and inconvenient at that stage to do so (an acquaintance drove me a bit under 2 hours to reach the dealership as I did not have my own car, and I didn't want to impose on them any further by returning at a later date). Furthermore, while the car did pass both Virginia's state inspection and my home state's inspection, I ended up paying an additional $600+ for repairs. My advice is to mentally tack on an additional 10% to 15% to the total purchase price to land at a realistic amount you'll end up paying, and don't expect the vehicle to be 100% as you drive off the lot with it. If you find yourself considering a vehicle at the upper end of your budget, be sure to inspect the vehicle first and revise your offer accordingly.

My 2001 SLK 320 is a great car, it's fast,dependable , gets good gas mileage, looks and looks great. I get a lot of compliments daily, for being over 20 years old that's saying a lot.

In 2002 they sold over MSRP adjusted for inflation @$54K in todays money- pricier than the 2002 Corvette and sold like 30,000 that year. I think that new car buyer had to probably be searching for the 1955 Thunderbird experience to shell out that kind of cash, and most people born on the 60’s and 70’s just didn’t understand that appeal. Oddly, the demographic that did BABIED their cars, kept up maintenance, have all the original tools and covers (just try and find that T-handle wrench for the hard top for example) when you get lucky enough to get a shot at buying one of these babies cars you’ll find they’re sharp and quick, amazingly so despite what people someone lent one to to write about said 20 years ago. Shod with 17inch tires 🛞 and solid suspension, people can complain about the horsepower being light, but stomp it and it will jump, zoom and weave solidly with the best of them. My drive home from buying this car was a blast. Will other sports models eke out slightly better speed, power and performance over these 20 year old T-birds? Sure, why not. Does it matter if you’re not at Road Atlanta? No. For me, this a sleeper sports car that’s about to bust onto the scene and see its reputation finally living up to the 2002 Car of the Year Award Motor Trend gave it. I think you need to find one of these babied sweethearts like I did. It’s a blast to find a good one and discover what an under rated blast it is to drive. Can’t really call it super nimble, but I respect mines solid ride and reasonably quick response & rocket like performance. The incredibly clean lines scream style visually and I suggest that a 2 tone leather optional interior is worth an extra $1K (over the basic. $11-12 K value) a hard top/rack/tonneau cover intact is worth another grand. ($13-14K total seems fair generally for a babied one). Check the rubber suspension parts underneath (inside the front wheel well behind the tire) is the easiest one to check quickly for rot w/o getting under the rear).

I bought a car from them in August 2020 and was very happy with them in many ways. They were very straight forward and very confident about their car. They were very helpful and nice at the same time not only the price was fair but, they even gave me a discount as well. The most fun I’ve had commuting to work and home. Surprisingly roomy and comfy up front and in the rear (the back seat fit two good sized middle school football players). Quick and powerful handling inspired confidence. Too bad I wrecked it and insurance totaled it out, but with that being said I survived a front end collision at 40mph so safety features and its stout design protected me. I’ll miss my MINI JCW convertible!

Bought this car new in 04.. still drives and feels brand new. It only has 42k but can't tell the difference on how it drove 20 years ago to how it drives today. Still love it the same as I when I bought it. I definitely recommend it.

Hey, these guys at Ammoury Auto were straight up with me. I drove from Duluth, Minn. to test drive a Camry off the lot. Mike was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. He was willing to guarantee that I could drive the car back to Duluth. My questions about the car were all answered, I was allowed to put the car on the hoist to inspect the undercarriage, and the carfax report was discussed. I was told to test drive the car for hours if I needed to. I felt that the car matched what was descibed on-line and over the phone. The purchase and paperwork to get the vehicle was completed in less than 1 hour. They even recommended a nice restaraunt for dinner. Since then, I've put over 3,000 mi. on that car in 3 weeks! The SAAB 9 3 is an amazing little sports car! As nice as any Acura or BMW. Great handling, quick and responsive, and the best part, you won't see another sitting across from you at the traffic light. You would have to be insane not to purchase a low mileage SAAB, they are a quarter of the price of any other luxury sedan. Better enjoy now before all the good ones are gone!

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. I was very impressed with the state-of-the-art of this car especially for 2010. Since I am a CD user, it's nice to find a vehicle with a superb CD player (VW's Monsoon audio system). The vehicle handles nimbly and the head room is excellent. Driver and passengers enjoy panoramic views out the Beetle's big windows. I think if you've never driven a New Beetle, you'll be an instant convert after a test drive. I like buying used to save the high costs of a new vehicle

I love my 335is sedan. It has the sport and winter packages, was about 50k when new, I got mine for $5500 with 150 k on it. 3.0 twin turbo motor runs great, loads of torque and power. 0-60 under 5 seconds and 30 mpg on the highway is a great combination. N54 motor has forged internals and is upgradable to 600 horsepower with mostly bolt-ons, check You Tube to see how this car is being bought by people looking to get big horsepower for relatively little money. It's not exactly cheap to do, but cheaper than most. This is an amazingly beautiful car as well, mine is black and when detailed, looks like a brand new car that gets thumbs up and positive comments from strangers at 7-11. I painted the silver sport rims gloss black, bought a $150 carbon fiber rear trunk spoiler and added some M badges and the car looks great.. I think it is one of the nicest looking sedans ever made. Get one before they disappear like old Supras, 240 sx's, and Datsun 510's from the 70s. Great car.

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. After riding motorcycles for 56 years, at 66, I bought a 2010 Miata MX5 GT with soft top and 6 speed auto/manual. Weighing 175 lbs. puts the car with equal weight on all 4 wheels. This is the most fun car I’ve owned. My grandson will get it when I kick the bucket. I’ll be hanging on to it as long as I can.
