My experience with this dealer was very good! The test drive was setup prior to me arriving and the salesman was ready to go. The price discussion was easy and everything went well.

At first I was a little hesitant about looking at Mercedes, but Cathy Wirta did an excellent job of finding the perfect car for me and the price was to my delight well within my budget. I now own a new Mercedes A220. I could not be more pleased with the Dealership, the car, or with Cathy.

I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

I’ve owned my 2020 E53 4matic cabriolet for 2 years and absolutely love it for what it is. Beautiful, comfortable, reliable, powerful and good handling. My wife and I are retired and really enjoy driving and traveling in the car. Especially when we can enjoy top down motoring.

I live in Sioux Falls and recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from Walser. I had never purchased a vehicle before that I had not seen or driven. Phillip Sosin walked me through the steps needed to complete this process in a very thorough and polite manner. Not being a (techie) I was worried but everything worked out. Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Love the VW brand and model line up so I was a very easy sale. My husband and I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from Brookdale and couldn't be happier. Andrew Geston was a fabulous sales rep. By far and away better than others we met at a different VW dealership. Had a minor interior issue fixed and the service dept was awesome. This is such a fun car! It is great to drive and handles well. I have the convertible and it has been a delight to take family and friends around in the Mini. I feel like I'm in a movie as I drive a long - even when going to the grocery store!

Car was bought as a graduation gift by my dad and I love it! Better than I thought it would be on gas for a car of this reputation, have yet to have any issues out of it and I got it with a great deal of miles on it. Always getting compliments on it as well which is nice.

I had an eye on this car for years and was finally able to purchase it pre-owned from the Lexus dealership with 81k original miles. I have had it for 1 year now and I am happy. For its age, it is a very Comfortable ride, powerful V8 engine, Reliable, and still in great condition. I have replaced the ML factory sound system with new speakers, sub and amp. Overall Love this ride. Hoping to have it for many years to come.

I just bought a 540i from Josh Smith. Josh is a class act, a wealth of knowledge and a relationship builder vs. pushy sales person. Five stars for Josh. Working with Lea in the F&I office left a lot to be desired which is why I’m leaving four stars. She is standoffish, rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I was within a minute of pulling the plug on the deal and went to Motorwerks from dealing with her. I had to swing by the service department today to top off the coolant. Was in and out in five minutes.

IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. Stephanie was great in taking the time to visit with me prior to our visit in order to determine our needs. When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. She took her time explaining everything clearly. I decided on the Clubman with manual transmission and it was ordered that day. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!
