2002 BMW Z3 Coupe (clown shoe) owner. Could be happier with my car. It’s a non-M model (only bmw that factory made more M than non-M models). I’ve got 188k miles on the dial. Truly a blast to drive. It’s quick and light, handles great and different than most cars on the road. People ask me what it is all the time. The coupe has been reliable and no major issues, just maintenance. I’ve owned it 4 years, mainly my daily driver. I’ve put about 40k miles on it. Great for short trips and canyon runs. Lots of room for groceries, I’m 6 ft tall and it’s a comfortable fit.

At first, I have to admit, I was skeptical about looking at a car from a place in the City of Reading. Therefore, before visiting, I did what most do, I went to Google to see the reviews of McGinty Motorcars. I was amazed to see 150 reviews with a 5-star rating. However, I was still a little on edge. That was until I visited their place of business. After my two week long experience, I understand why McGinty Motorcars has a 5-star rating. Personable, friendly, and trusting. That is McGinty Motorcars. Pat, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He is a genuine human being with a passion for cars. He introduced me to his staff and the people are just as nice as him. The car was fun to drive. With a 5cyl engine, it definitely have me the get up I needed. I didn't have much problems with her besides changing the clutch out twice. But you shouldn't have to deal with that problem if you take it to peyote who know what they are doing. My car had a couple of accidents but you would never have been able to tell. The vehicle was repaired and drove like new. If I wanted another coupe, I definitely would buy again.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

I bought this car in 2013 with less than 10K miles on it (certified pre-owned at the now closed Volvo dealer in Thousand Oaks, CA). I love this car, but I'm so glad I bought the maintenance contract along with the extended warranty. It has never let me down or had to be towed but it has had more than its fair share of warranty repairs. The suspension had some major issues but that may have been due to the poor quality roads and streets in Los Angeles. I will most likely be driving my C70 Volvo for many more years as I have no intention of ever selling it.

The CLK 320 stands out as the most remarkable car I've driven In terms of reliability, appearance and performance it truly excels. I've driven my cabriolet for 260k miles and still going strong. Love it so much that I just bought another for my daughter to start college at 81K miles, I anticipate tis vehicle to last 450K-500k miles on original engine and transmission (all with proper maintenance).

Larry is a trusted advisor and worked closely with me during the entire process of a remote purchase. He was fair on pricing and carefully explained everything while also answering all my questions. Definitely keep him in mind if you are purchasing a used exotic car. A+ !!

Bought this with 126,000 miles on it and it is an absolute amazing car to ride. If you want to impress your peers definitely recommend. It drives so smooth compared to my former 05’ Honda civ hybrid. Good on gas, and man it picks up good. Absolutely love this car. If you take care of it (yearly maintenance) it will last you a life time.

As a “boomer” this was my first foray into online car purchase. Being old school I am used to “ kicking the tires”, not possible in this format. The owner, Larry provided a detailed description of the vehicle, which was an accurate portrayal, no “ surprises”. The process does involve paperwork flowing back and forth, Larry laying out each step carefully and accurately. I appreciated his responsiveness to questions/ concerns. Generally people start out by saying they are expensive to maintain, just don't go to the dealership. In every City there is someone who specializes in BMW older models. 2500 miles is oil change time, not 5000 miles like dealership will tell you. I strongly believe the reason they tell you that is something will go wrong and you will be right back in there to fix a $3000 repair that normally would cost you $75 elsewhere, As this happened to me. At 100,000 miles, whether it needs it or not, REPLACE "VISA VALVE". This part sits on the side of the motor right at the oil stick. There's a light rattle sometimes when I start the car, then goes away. When it got bad enough, check engine light came on, it stopped in its tracks. It took my son one minute to take off 3 screws and replace. The part was $59.00 on Amazon! Dealership wanted $500 for the part and $300 to put it on. Car is good as new.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my 2003 Canary Yellow Ford Thunderbird!!! Believe me when I tell you that when it came to performance, style and comfort - I couldn't have made a better choice in a Roadster! I was 50 years old when I purchased my 17k miles beauty and sold it 16 years later..after clocking a total of 256k miles. What else can I say? We were looking for a first car for my teenage daughter so it was very important to us to find a reliable car specifically a Jeep. This is my second Miata. I also own an ‘03 NB and have put a lot into it over the years. I’ve eyeballed ‘16+ Miatas for years and finally found a ‘21 Grand Touring with 2k miles on it and bought it. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful car. Ergonomically, everything is in its proper place and I fit perfectly at 6’. I have the seat pushed all the way back so anyone taller could possibly find themselves uncomfortable. I swapped the original rims and tires out for some Konig rims and Continental all-season tires. The stock rims are 7” wide and the aftermarket are 8” wide: more traction on the road. Off the line, you can chirp the tires so the power is certainly adequate. The manual gear box is tight and shifts cleanly. It is an extremely fun, nimble, and reliable car. The Grand Touring has the leather, backup camera, and Bose stereo. I have driven this car hard through the “twisties” and cruised it 500 miles with no reservations. There isn’t anything really needing done to this car; it is a fantastic ride out of the box. I did, however, give the performance a “4” because I know there is room for growth with aftermarket products. Nevertheless, you won’t be disappointed. Be careful though! My buddy wrecked his ‘19 Miata RF two weeks ago pushing it just a little too hard.

The C230 Kompressor (2.4 liter) engine is SUPER dependable…IF the car has been maintained. If you don’t have a service record and are not good at detecting problems on a test drive then do yourself a favor and spend the +/- $300 to get it inspected at a competent Benz garage. Mine has 200,000 miles and have never had ANY big expense…most I ever had to put into it is about $400…which is what it cost to replace factory front brakes, or to service the auto trans with fluid and filter. change. Only mechanical problem I have ever had are worn cam sensors, which is common and costs about…$400 to repair. My experience after driving the car for ten years is that parts are affordable on eBay…used lower mileage engine: <$1000. Main thing is to replace supercharger oil if it starts to whine louder. YouTube has a video on how to do that w/o removing the supercharger. Lastly, while I maintain the car, I also drive the holy xxxx out of it! It’s only going to start leaking oil if you don’t get it changed often enough, or if you drive it like an old lady who is not from Pasadena…

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I have had a Lexus 430 SC for 8 years I love this car.I had a Mita before,.wanted a heavier car to drive on the interstate.this car is a dream very smooth ride. Easy top Down....had very little problems. It's unique and beautiful....I love the back seat..great for a dog or child or your coat and purse. . The mita had nothing...no it's not for everyone, but I like it....better than any new car....Getting ready for a new timing Belt , which they say will take care of most of the maintenance for long time. It is a 2004. They only made this car 2002 to 2010..

This Car is a Dream! Performance and Style are Unmatched. The Alpine Sound System is Awesome! Riding in this car is so Incredibly Smooth, and Accelerating in this car is like hitting an "Ignition/Take Off" Button! A Zero to Sixty MPH in a Neck-Snapping Five Seconds! This Jaguar is One Cool Cat !

I purchased a 2016 Mercedes SL400. It had approximately 29,000 miles on it (in Sept 2025). The car was in very good condition and met all my expections. Hiline is not the kind of place you can expect to show up at, walk in and close a deal. This is a different kind of purchasing arrangement. Cars are seen by appointment only. It is my experience that Larry provides a very realistic description of his vehicles. The prep time for me to test drive was the better part of 3 weeks. But once the car was ready, it was easy to complete the deal. I drove the car, look ed everything over and we had already agreed on the price, so it made things go smoothly.

Great car. We purchased ours in 2020 with 130k miles for our daughters to learn on a manual and it has been a very reliable car. The suspension remains tight and the car is quiet with virtually no rattles. The 6 speed is smooth shifting and great fun to drive.

I have been a client working with Craig and MB of WC for almost twenty years, when it comes to service for my Mercedes' cars. The service levels are exceptional, the service/repairs are always thorough and explained so that I understand in detail, and they even wash my car each time. I would highly recommend that Mercedes Benz owners use the MB of WC dealer for ALL of your auto needs.

A few concerns to address, the first is ABC active body control is a concern for this car. I own Phone Doctor in Frederick Maryland and hardware tech is my passion so I want to give my feedback. I love the classy lines of the exterior. The interior is equally elegant and tasteful without gaudy disco lights. I was mesmerized into test driving a 2005 SL500 because my daily driver is a 2001 Mercedes s600. The audio system is lackluster, next weakness is the headlights, but the biggest problem is the ABC (active body control) hydraulic suspension. The audio system is disappointing and leaves me feeling flaccid but I’m used to twelve inches of JL systems shimmed into my high school hoopties. The audio system is not the deal-breaker for this $90,000 machine. And the mediocre headlights can be remedied with aftermarket auxiliary lights. The biggest weakness is the high performance suspension system. Mercedes likes to call it ABC (active body control). The hydraulic pump, seals, and mechanical moving parts gets weak and loses its performance anywhere between 80,000 to 150,000 miles. It’ll cost just as much to replace the ABC system than it does to purchase your 2nd hand sl500. If you’re in the market for one make sure you have an extra $20,000 in socked up before you drop your drawers and plop $15k on your first SL500. A dream ride with one last caveat: This car will draw a lot of attention from single ladies!
