Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I plan to receive excellent care of my car at this dealership with maintenance.

Solid for a convertible. Goes surprisingly well in the snow and with the seats down can haul stuff. I have this as my only car and it is actually very practical. Plus, it’s just a joy to drive.

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

I was not in any way, shape, or form in the market for a car in today's market. My car was paid for, I was completely happy with it for the time being, and not having a payment was one less thing to worry about. My paid off car, with no payments, was totaled while sitting in a parking spot on a main street a few weeks ago. Out the window went my "keep my paid off car until the market gets better plans"! After much research (I live in Athens County), I discovered Don Wood had a decent inventory across all of their locations, so off to Athens I went (I went to the Don Wood Toyota location). Sales Consultant, Bruce Simpkins, is the best, kindest, most caring sales person I have met to date (I have bought at least 17 cars over the years)! I explained my situation, but unfortunately, finding a decent car with less than 100,000 miles for under $15,000 in today's market, is a struggle. The struggle was so real, I left discouraged and unable to find anything that evening. The next day I received a text from Bruce letting me know they had just received a vehicle with low mileage. He had the car cleaned, detailed, and ready for me to test drive when I came in, and I bought the car. Financing was made easy by Donna, in finance, who was also a joy to work with, and was able to help me navigate a warranty purchase. He made what was an extremely stressful situation into an enjoyable experience for someone that had no choice but to purchase a vehicle during a pandemic with the current car sales market. He took the time to listen to my situation, evaluate my needs, and was kind and thoughtful. He found the perfect car for me, with low mileage (34,000), at the right price, so I am forever grateful. Side note, he also set up installation for an add-on I wanted on the car, at a great price, with a car to drive while mine is having the work completed. I always love BMWs. This is my favorite and most reliable. It's a 2012 with 90k miles and is experiencing only "older car" issues. Love the ease of the top and the size is perfect for me. Warning: be careful of servicing at dealerships. My top was stuck up. Dealership told me $3500 to fix. My regular mechanic told me it was only a little plastic piece and replaced for $0. Dealership: Fermin BMW in Palm Harbor, FL. Avoid them.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We purchased a new Palisade from Coughlin in June of 2020. It was the easiest and most pleasant new car buying experience of my life. The car is fantastic! The service department has been fantastic. The sales staff is excellent, friendly and no pressure. They are very good at finding the right vehicle for a customer's needs and budget. In fact, we were so pleased we returned in April 2021 to purchase a second new car, a Venue. The experience was as pleasant as the first purchase. BMW 230i with MSport, non-runflat performance tires. Mine, a factory order, was one of the last imported into the U.S. with a manual transmission. The car is fun to drive, is a nimble handler and the engine performance is strong. The weakest link, well documented, is the electrically assisted power steering, which lacks the feedback of the older hydraulic systems. The car is a great long distance cruiser, with the cockpit a comfortable office for long drives. Also a real pleasure on winding and undulating Pennsylvania back roads. The seats are comfortable and supportive, the interior quality high.

I had a 2013 was total loss after a pickup truck ran into me on my driver door! walked out with no problem! Very safe car. im living proof. Now i replaced it with a 2014 sl550 Im A happy man!!!!!

I absolutely love my beautiful Deep Impact Blue 6 Speed Manual 2013 Mustang GT. I've had her going on 10 years now. She's very fast, more so with my Brenspeed 97 Race Tune delivered by my Bama Tuner, 1 7/8 Kooks Long Tube Headers, X-Pipe, fed back to my Flowmaster 40 Outlaw Mufflers, an Airaid Cold Air Intake and in the very near future a Ported 2nd Gen Cobra Jet Intake with N/A Detroit Rocker. So fun to drive. Insane throttle Response with smooth handling, pure beast
