Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Very helpful got me the truck I wanted and made getting it easy I will go back next time I want to upgrade

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

I drove from Meridian, MS to Birmingham, AL to get my car because of the awesome customer service from the initial phone call. Abdul was heaven sent! He not only got me into the vehicle I wanted with the price I wanted, but also coordinated dropping off my rental I was driving, bought us food, and even checked on us driving down to make sure we were safe. I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

My experience purchasing a car from Brannon Honda was excellent. Hank guided me through the process and kept me informed of the steps my car took to be made and then travel to Birmingham. Hank took hours explaining the amazing things my new Honda Accord Hybrid Touring could do. There are so many there was no way to cover all but Hank told me that if I had any questions I could call him. I do not know about the service department but the extended warranty and extra services make this dealership one to do business with. I looked at the same model and trim package at another dealership and that made Brannon even more impressive. Brannon charges the sticker price suggested by Honda for the car while the other dealership wanted about $10,000 more. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to consider the Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, it is amazing, and to definitely buy it from Brannon and ask for Hank.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Throughout the entire process Elton kept us updated on delivery and once my 24' HR-V finally arrived and we made it in to finish and close out the deal Brian assisted and was very helpful with setting up and completing all necessary paperwork.
