1-12-24 After looking a couple of months for a decent used car (Either poor quality or unwilling to negotiate), I remembered this used car dealership (I lived in The Hocking Hills for 35 years). Upon doing a Google Search, I found a couple of cars that I was interested in. I made the trip there from Chillicothe. I was greeted by the owner, Derrick, and salesperson Lya (Leah). I conducted a very thorough inspection of the 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and took both for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 130,000 miles on it that was in my price range. Both cars spoke for themselves, but Derrick and Lya did not hesitate to point out the minor flaws that each vehicle had. To say the least this was a very good experience for me. Nowadays who points out a flaw in a vehicle? From the time that I arrived on the lot, during the paperwork, until I left the lot, Derrick and Lya were very professional, well mannered, and respectful. I gave Fred Wolfe Automotive a 5 star rating only because I couldn't give it a 6-10. Are you looking for a decent used car at a affordable price? Check Fred Wolfe Automotive out. My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

We sold our silver SLE in excellent conditions with just over 300K miles. I am certain it still has a long life ahead of it. It remains one of the most favorite cars we have owned. Over the years we took it on 5 cross country trips and it never missed a beat. Pros: *Absolutely reliable. *Huge trunk for a convertible, especially with the top down vs. other cars. * Looks have held up very well. * Decent highway mileage. * SLE has heated seats, cruise control, etc. Cons: None. Buying a used SLE today and then spending an extra ~$1000 to put in a very good audio/nav system with android auto/Carplay, review camera would make for a terrific car.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Love it! Love the color, love how it looks (our salesman said we look good in it ;) It looks like a lot of car but it handles so easy, easy to make turns. It really feels like it "fits like a glove" I love that about it. I love that I wanted an SUV in my price range, and Mitch delivered. Did I mention that I love my car?

This car might appear blend but it is fun to drive. Parts are cheap. Very easy to fix. Just a very reliable car. In february 2021 my elantra has 424 k kilometers. I love my elantra.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

I've owned dozens and dozens of car and this one has impressed me the most. Tons of power from the V6, typical Toyota reliability, very ergonomic, and very capable. I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. The mitsubishi Mirage. I have one of these cars. Sure. It's only 78 horsepower sure. I still get on the highway but I let other cars pass by me. I don't try to keep up. It just takes your longer to get somewhere. That's all, but it's an awesome car. Nonetheless, if you want to have a good reliable car that doesn't take a lot of gas regardless of what people say about it, not being that great a car. It has a lot of zip to it and power and easy to park and handle. It's a great. Car. This car is much reliable.And fun to drive

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

I’m updating my ‘Original Owner After 10 Years’ review below. Almost two more years on the ‘09 F150 5.4 FX4 s/crew and it’s still going basically trouble free. I just put its second set of new brake pads / rotors on along with new calipers as well, I also installed a new Cat back exhaust on it however the old exhaust was still basically fine. In the fall of ‘19 for some reason the hood heat/ noise insulator pad started deteriorating so I replaced that. I also have new Motorcraft coil packs and fuel injectors just because I think they’ll perk the 5.4 up a bit but haven’t installed them yet. I figure if I put $1000 of extra maintenance in wear parts a year into it that’s a bargain compared to a monthly new truck payment so that’s my plan with a truck in excellent condition of this age. Overall for a truck going on 12 years old that’s been paid off since 2014 I’m way ahead of the game with this F150 FX4, nice 09-14 styles are starting to thin out now now so this one draws as much or more attention as when it was new. It’s still my daily driver and looks basically like when it came off the dealers lot so I’m going to try and get another 10 years out of it just because I’m sure I probably can. I’d be pretty careful if I was buying one used now however as they’re not all in the condition that mine is. I will say that since 2009 this truck has never let me down and has never broke down once although I credit that to proper maintenance and fixing little issues before they become big problems.

I have had my 2002 SXT Durango for 17 years with 165,00.00 miles on it and this baby is the vehicle I've owned, Living in Colorado you need four wheel drive this Durango is dominator in the snow. it still runs strong and does well at altitude. When the motor goes in it I will just put another motor in it. It's in great shape and I have replaced a lot of things on it, just maintaining.

Best Bose stereo! Ivory white, including leather interior! Bot used 2010, $7000, less than 90,000 miles. Rides like on a cloud. Issues: now at 130,000 miles: low gas mileage in town{14}, sensors having to be replaced, replaced a/c compressor, and serpentine belt. Expensive repairs! Engine warning on! Air bag warning! Ignition won't let key turn on car now. Security warning on, and alarm. Cruise quit. Gas guage not working, rims letting air out of {4 new tires}, but I LOVE this car!

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine.
