This car was gifted to me in 1983, with 164K. Factory air that would freeze you out! 327 4 barrel, 2 speed poweglide transmission. About 16-18 highway. Easy, easy, easy to work on. And, the very best car I have ever driven in snow/ice. (My grandparents didn't opt for power brakes, so there was much better braking control). I drove it until I heard what sounded like a shot. The differential had a hole blown thru it from the inside out. That was at 383K with nothing more than a valve job at 200K. What a car!!!!!!!

It is a classic that needs some love. I drove it for many years and gave it to my nephew he was in the early stages of restoration when he was killed.

I bought my '02 MC in April of 2002 with 11,500 miles; I still have it with 445,772 miles on the original motor. I replaced the Trans at around 350,000. It's an amazing car that still moves on the highway. Great decision.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. This is a 2918-I could not get the correct year up above. This car looks great, drives great, and we love the large trunk(that you can punch a button to automatically raise and lower it), and you can easily put the back seats down. We like the color(white), and we got a good deal on it-we traded another car for it!
