Updating my review on the service department. I was contacted by Makan Ardalani who was amazing. They looked at my Rav4, inspected all of the brakes, ensured it was safe and even offered free detailing. Makan really made me feel heard regarding my concern with the brakes sound, and after the team re-looked at the brakes, I am no longer hearing any noises. I am hoping Makan gave feedback to the service dept regarding listening to folks' concerns, and I will definitely give this service department another try.

I should give a little background of my perspective. I am a quazi-audiophile that listens to many styles of music but Jazz is my primary go to music. I like a car that's not too noisy/loud but has a nice more subdued exhaust note and suspension that's not overly firm. You might say I'm a sporty GT kind of guy. I've owned Mercedes and BMW coupes and have test driven Porsches, Jaguars, the Genesis G70, Infinitis, Hyundai Veloster N, Alfa Romeos, Vettes, the new Mazda MX-5, and of course the new BMWs & Mercedes. To my eye there's a simple yet sporty and sophisticated design ethos to the 2019 Audi TT Coupe. It's one of the more "timeless" designs on the market today and Audi has done a great job with it's current revision of the TT. THE INTERIOR: I think the interior became the benchmark in 2016 in its class by integrating Audi's Virtual Cockpit with an all digital display allowing full integration of Google maps and by incorporating the HVAC controls into the turbine style air vents. For 2019 Audi includes Audi's Phone Box that hides large cell phones, can connect with compatible phones automatically with NFC wireless connectivity and connects to Audi's car antennae to boost your phone's signal! The Bang and Olufsen 680 watt 12 speaker 14 Channel Sound System does a respectable and should satisfy most listeners with the exception of those who demand over accentuated bass. I'm 5'7" and stocky and found the cabin for a sports car to be relatively easy to ingress and egress. The steering wheel had a lot of extension to it and the although the seats in the S-Line Competition package opted TT were confortable, with my 250lb frame with thick football player thighs, I thought that anyone larger than me might feel the seat bottom bolsters just a little too snug but I didn't drive a TT without these sport seats. Everything was ergonomically good with 2 exceptions. 1. The 2nd cup holder was under the armrest which is not overly large to begin with and set a little further back than most. 2. I thing the back button location should be switched with the menu button so that your thumb can be used for the back button. It would be nice if Audi could do an optional glass roof like the one in the Mercedes SLC which uses a switch that disperses magnetic particles sandwiched between 2 layers of glass to let light in. The 22 cu. ft. of available luggage space with the rear seats down sets the TT apart from its direct competitors. The back seat is strictly for children or stowing things. RIDE & PERFORMANCE: The 2016 Audi TT Coupe reached 0-60 mph in 5.2 s and a lateral acceleration of .98 g in Car and Driver's testing. Using the newly introduced for 2019 7-speed dual clutch transmission, it wouldn't surprise me if the 0-60 mph time goes down. The car is very quick and accurate and although doesn't have the heft that "track people" probably prefer, I liked it very much and feel that most "luxury sporty car" drivers will like it too. I preferred the car in the individual mode with all settings in dynamic but the exhaust in and suspension both in comfort. With this set up, the car was sporty, quick enough for my taste, allowed me to enjoy my music, and not beat me up like a corvette. It feels and sounds more refined and sophisticated in this set up compared to a Porsche Cayman. I'm just not a fan of the current Cayman's 4 cyl. exhaust note. NIGHT DRIVING: With the TT's Quattro AWD, Jazz playing on the Bang & Olufsen audio system, the TT's individual settings set to my above liking, the soft white LED ambient light strips along the door panels and center stack, along with the soft white glow mood lighting in the foot wells, selecting the sport mode tachometer view with digital MPH in the center, created a wonderfully unique sophisticated night time test driving experience that I shall always remember. I think that's perhaps the highest praise that I can give the 2019 Audi TT with the S-Line Competition Package!

I got my 2016 S5 with 65k. I graduated from a 328xi and oh my what a pleasure. After 20,000 km and 4 oil changes she continues to perform. Dropping from 19" to 18" wheels and the Quattro drive made winter driving more than manageable. I have the flat bottom wheel..wish it was heated. Starts without issue in -35 celcius. The cockpit is just perfect with really comfortable seating. 7 speed double clutch makes moving through the gears really sweet. Breaking is just right for me. Very important to me is to have the MMI embedded in the dash. I hate those big sceens consuming the focus of the interior. Overall I am really satisfied.. Use 94 octane fuel for best performance. So much fun...

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. He is a great person and a very nice guy. I just say tku very much Tim, for helping us to do this posible. And I hope you get a lot of clients after this review. I had a c5 Corvette coupe with low miles but I wanted something new(but I didn't want to spend 6 figures) that had relatively good gas mileage, a coupe, with great handling and fun to drive. I got all that plus with the back seat folded down there is plenty of cargo space for the 3 week road trip we are taking this summer. Thanks Romain Subaru for the great buying experience.

I absolutely LOVE this car! Mine is the SXT base trim with the Pentastar V6 engine, purchased used at 37,000ish miles, but it is still the best car I’ve ever owned or driven. It is extremely comfortable to sit in (I am 5’10), on par with the comfort of my dad’s old ‘87 Camaro, which was also incredibly comfortable. It’s not a cramped space to sit in and the console is a comfortable arm rest height. But family conscious buyer beware, this isn’t a family friendly car; there’s pretty much no legroom in the back of the car. Maybe if you’re short and very skinny you could fit well, but taller or heavier folks will definitely not fit in the back. I certainly struggled to fit just to pull the seat down to extend the trunk space! The headrests of the backseats are a little tall and don’t let the front seats click back up all the way unless you pull the bucket seats up really far which is a little annoying but as someone who doesn’t lug around much it’s not something I’m really frustrated with. The trunk is super spacious! It rides very smoothly on the absolute garbage roads here in Western Washington (we have some of the worst roads in the US). Still bumpy because the potholes are insane, but smoother than our my parents vehicles and my old car (2011 Kia Soul). The audio controls on the steering wheel are mounted on the back which was odd to me initially but I have quickly adapted to their placement and make use of them a ton with Apple Music. Speaking of music, the base 6 speaker audio system sounds phenomenal as it comes; loud and I can really feel the drums and bass on higher volumes which I love, though I’ll be adding a subwoofer at some point. Let the music play! The engine and transmission run and function well and shifts smoothly in both regular and sport driving mode; I love sport mode, the slight engine sound difference and touchier throttle is fun, but it does reduce fuel efficiency a bit so I don’t use it too terribly much. I do wish the car was fitted with a cat-back exhaust system so it at least has the sound of a muscle car (where’s the allure in a muscle car, particularly one that revives the classics in a modern form, that has a quiet engine?) while retaining the more dependable and fuel efficient motor. That is something I will be saving up to change out, but that’s just me; for many that doesn’t matter, but is something to note if you are an avid lover of classic muscle cars and want to enjoy its allure even if you can’t afford the higher trims with the V8s, I certainly couldn’t; but that’s okay, I still cherish this car and appreciate the reliability of the V6 as a lower income individual. One thing I really don’t like (but chose to live with as I love the car to death otherwise) is that a lot of the climate control features are “locked” behind the infotainment screen; making it a big distraction and hassle to change between max or regular air conditioning and the which fans are blowing. The only buttons for it is a dial for fan strength, an off switch, an auto button, defrosters, and the AC on/off button. The USB and aux plug ins are inside the console, which is kind of awkward, but I actually like that as it makes you put your phone in the console (unless you have a long cord, mine is coiled) which prevents it from being a distraction. There is a moderate blind spot, but it is easily corrected with *properly* angled side mirrors. All in all I love this car and couldn’t recommend it more than I do. I plan to try to make this last the rest of my life in the best shape possible. It’s Mopar or no car! 🚗

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Went to our local BMW looking for a new vehicle after our old one got totaled out on a hit and run. The dealers there were all very nice and helpful and treated us like family. We were able to be in and out in a few hours. Definitely recommend going back there again.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Even though I had never personally met Josh, I texted with him about my interest in buying a new Toyota Prius and he was ON TOP of it, to say the least. As soon as there was a matching car being delivered, Josh texted me, held it for me, negotiated with me and made the whole experience EASY. His manner is easy going and not 'high-pressure-sale-vulture.' I liked him immediately. Patient and great sense of humor put me at ease. Josh explained all the ins and outs of the car. He carefully explained all the pre-payment of service work and, even though I was initially resistant to the up-sell, it was obvious me that the pre-paid maintenance package just made good common sense. Great team. Also the guys behind the big counter, Jack Joseph, Mark, "The Bus Driver" (I can't remember his name), all of them had a great sense of humor and contributed to the easy going feeling of this dealership. They all seemed to love their jobs and were HAPPY to be there. And... of course, the Prius I bought from SCT is just what I wanted. I will be returning to SCT for the next 6 years for maintenance so this good-natured, positive atmosphere was so refreshing. I had been to a dealership prior to this (nearest to me - I'll leave it to you to map it) and my treatment was FAR less helpful. I was not made to feel important. Even though I had regularly communicated my desires to a sales agent there, I was always put in the position of having to initiate the inquiries regarding their deliveries. My desires were not kept track of and I was not treated specially. I did not get the 'treated-as-family' feeling that I got from Steven's Creek Toyota. I made the right choice the SCT team. I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

I’ve owned a 911 and several SL 550’s and this car is the perfect blend of both. No matter where I drive I get comments on the sound of the exhaust or the lines of the car.

The test driving process was super easy here. They let me go on my own so I can get the full experience of driving the car like it was my own. The route they recommended to go up the mountain was fun as well. Their inventory is a big mix of cars and depending on which one you would want to purchase, the driving experience up the mountain is great.

I have had convertibles since 1975. 68 Camaro, 76 Jeep CJ5, 92 Chrysler LeBaron GTS, 96 BMW 328iC, 06 Pontiac Solstice and now the 12 BMW 128i. Retired in 2017 and had to feed the desire for another convertible in 2019 and the 128i ticked all the boxes for my current desires. Fit and reliability. At 6'1" I don't fit into a MX5, so that's the 1st two check offs. RWD, so no Audi, A4 FWD in my price range. Six cylinder preferably straight 6 for perfect engine balance. Nissan 350/370 are ugly chops. Then the exotics(shut up Porsche boys) were too expensive for repairs. I learned "basic" repairs on the E36. I have done many easy maintenance jobs in my garage that allows me to have this Touring car. As a touring car having a back seat is great for a cooler, backpack, and doggy space. With the trunk space (2X) of MX5 this makes a great touring car for weeks on the road. 230hp for a car this small is great for ripping through the Rockies and the Twisted Sisters outside of Fredericksburg of Texas.

BMW 440i xDrive Coupe: I have owned several BMW's over the years. During my 4 years of ownership, this was the finest of them all! BMW underrates their engines, and this 440i was noticeably stronger than my previous 335i and almost no turbo lag. The transmission is flawless. The xDrive 440i is deceptively quick. Everything worked as it should, and I never had any issues. The ride is firm but not harsh, I had the adaptive suspension and when activated, it was like driving a go cart. The electronic steering was not as engaged as previous model hydraulic steering yet the low-speed steering in parking lots was much easier to maneuver, I will take the tradeoff. This vehicle has minimal sway in the corners and will go where you point it. Sometimes you don't realize how good this vehicle is till you drive a lesser vehicle (as when renting). The leather wrapped steering wheel was perfect feel and the heated steering wheel was never too hot. The seats are infinitely adjustable and supportive. The BOSE radio is very good for an OEM and has many optional tuning choices available. The HUD (Heads Up Display) is fabulous! The power, smoothness and deceptively quiet interior even at excessive speeds, this vehicle maintains its composure. This vehicle breeds confidence making it all too easy to drive fast, very fast. The back seats fold down, and I was able to put my mountain bike in the truck (with front wheel removed) so this has a large storage area. This vehicle is just the right size, I personally like the coupe better than the sedan with its sloped aerodynamic rear deck. I would highly recommend this vehicle for anyone seeking a sport coupe, this hits all the right buttons, well done BMW!

MY SECONDARY WISH WAS QUALITY. I HAD ALWAYS APPRECIATED HOW WELL MY HONDA PREFORMED AND HAD FEW NEED FOR REPAIRS. WHEN I WENTTO FREMONT HANDA I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AMD KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE MEN WHO HELPED ME. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TELL ME ABOUT THE FEATURES, THE COMFORT, THE OPERATIONS OF THE CAR ITSELF. AFTER I PURCHASED MY CAR THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH OFFER FOR HELP OR FURTHER EXPLANATION IF I NEEDED IT. MR. VAZIRVAL EVEN CALLED ME ON HIS DAY OFF TO ANSWER A QUESTION I HAD. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE BUSINESS WITH AUTO NATION HONDA AND MR. MILAD VAZIRVAL AGAIN.

I have had mine for 5 years now and the only issue I had was that my engine did go out luckily it was right before the warranty expired, it has 68k miles at the time, However the service i received from the dealership was impeccable to say the least. I havent had any other issues with this car and it is soooo fun to drive and very fast.

Awesome Q60 Red Sport 400. The dual informational center needs a serious upgrade. Needs better exhaust sound especially on the red sport 400. Overall I give the red sport 4.5 out of 5.

I have owned my Cadillac ELR for over a year. No problems at all. I drive to work and Home every day on full electric. The dynamic cruise control is amazing. I have used about 30 buck in gas in a year and a half.
