I'm 6'8". Its hard to find cars I fit in period. That being said. I have a taste for small rockets. And the (GQ) fiat 500 sport I have fits the bill. Basically an abarth motor. But not the handling or cool badges/interior. None the less. My big butt fits in it. Got to crank the seat way back. But it's just me in there most of the time. Its a fun little car that rips corners and stupid fun turbo pulls in 2nd and 3rd gear. Watch that esc light flash. Good fun. And the price for a used one ain't bad. Digging the 500

The Porsche 928 S was a dream car of mine for 20 years. About 2 years ago I came across and ad where a guy had 2 of them for sale as a package deal (1 ran and 1 for parts). 2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

I enjoy the car, and am glad I purchased it. Would recommend this car to anyone looking for a two door sporty car. Plus it is reliable.

After my 2007 Ford Mustang GT was totalled I started looking at some of my childhood dream cars. I always liked the Mitsubishi 3000GT Twin-Turbo and it was in my price range. They are rare and I wanted a nice example. I found a one owner Panama Green 1996 3000GT VR-4, all maintenance records and owned by an old surgeon. They say don't meet your heros but the VR-4 is modern day fast - it made my '07 Mustang GT feel slow and beat a friends 1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo with bald tires and a bad launch. In stock form it'll do 0-60 in 4.8-5.0s and the 1/4m in 13.3-13.6@101-105mph. I was sold on it the moment the twin turbos kicked in, the swell of power is enormous, not to mention the g force when launched from a stop. I put a K&N filter in mine, ran consistent 13.3-13.5@102-104mph bone stock besides that. Very impressive considering some of today's hot hatches run similar numbers in the 2020s. Due to the Active Aero system that my 1996 VR-4 had (1997-1999 models don't have it) it felt like 100mph was 60mph. I got it up to 145mph and it still had some pull. It is alive on long sweepers, put it through tight corners and it will comply with nose heavy characteristics. More fun in a straight line. Comfort wise the seats were amazing and held you in place. It's definitely a GT car and is meant to go long distances in comfort in all weather conditions and it does that perfectly. The back seats are harsh for anyone tall but no complaints from shorter people. Reliability: These cars take care of you if you take care of them. I had minimal issues but I made sure to find a specialist who only worked on Mitsubishi and specialized in 3000GTs. Had an idiot valet driver break reverse, luckily it was an easy $200 fix. I had the 60k maintenance service done and had my mechanic fix anything wrong with it. I've owned many cars and the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is one I keep coming back to. Beautiful, fast and rare.

I have a 2016 and I an 6’ 4” my wife is 5’ and we are both 70. We use it every day and we live in a retirement community. We can park it right beside the golf carts. It is fun to drive with good gas mileage. It is not our trip car for sure but it takes up very little space up in our garage. It feels like a regular car once you are driving it . In fact it feels like a sport car. I don’t get out of a regular car very well but this is almost like a SUV to get out of. Our other car is a Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige . When we go from the Smart to the GV70 you think you are in a Bentley! The 3 cylinder vibrates or shakes (not crazy)through the first 5 mph but after that it is fine. It is not a car for everyone but for us it is the cat’s meow. We use it every day while the GV70 goes weeks without moving.
