In my opinion, the 1999-2002 SL500's represent the very best two-seater convertible in the world at any price. Sure there are now metal-retractable-top convertibles, and they're very slick - however, as far as classic rag-tops go, there is nothing that beats the SL500 in all six categories... In the under $100K price-range, there was nothing at the time to beat it - the Jaguar XJS and XK8 are both nice, but the SL is just more solid, more subtle and engineered to perfection. Whether it's competing with a Porsche Cabriolet, a BMW Z8, a Jaguar or any number of other prestige-brand luxury two-seaters, the SL holds its own against convertibles even in a higher price-range, such as late-90's early 2000's Aston-Martins, Maserati's (99-2002), and even the comparable Ferrari's (355 Spyder)... To find a car more competent, fast, stylish AND comfortable is not easy - at any price. I bought a '99 SL500 with 42K miles on it - it has been just stellar. I bought in 2009 for $20K (less than a fifth of its almost $100K new-car cost). Fast, fluid, fun - and safe, reliable and efficient... People don't buy these for the gas-mileage, but they are as efficient as anything new in the same class - I get over 20mpg average, and that's with a 300hp V8... Even the brand-new models don't do much better. In any case, I cannot fault this car in any category - the styling, both inside and out, is timeless, elegant and sporty. The car rides beautifully, is hushed at all speeds, handles nimbly (especially for such a heavy car) and feels solid as a vault. Although I had to do a fair amount of maintenance to get the car perfect when I bought it (such as power-top actuators, etc.), there were no surprises, as we had the car inspected. A properly-maintained car is incredibly reliable and durable - they are built to deliver lots of trouble-free motoring, and they are just about the classiest thing out there. Although this model (99-02) is now passing the ten-year mark, it is still so modern in every respect - from performance to comfort and safety... The only thing it doesn't have is Navigation and parking sensors - two things I've never missed, as the car is a very modest size (easy to park), and it's easy to use a smart-phone for navigation... Bottom-line: the safest, most reliable convertible of this genre - a beautiful, elegant car that still holds its own thirteen years later...

I bought a Chrysler Crossfire there in 2016. I'm a Toyota/Honda guy so buying a car that was half Chrysler, half European was a big leap of faith but I always liked the look of the Crossfire. Now it's March 2022, I still have it and it runs great (knock wood), no problems. When you go there you deal with the owner, Mike, so you don't have to deal with any of that salesman, "Let me talk it over with the manager..." nonsense. He's great. Gives you the price and doesn't try to sell you all sorts of tack ons. I had a very good experience.

I have a SLK230 since 1999. Drove it from WA state to California on Highway 1 multiple times. I also drive it every weekend for trips to nearby towns and during the week to get a coffee. It is a great little car with a bit odd engine sound, but it has been going on without an issue forever.

Inquired by email with a few questions and they were answered quickly and accurately on a Saturday! I almost gave up with inquiring by email as most dealers you will just get an automated response if any at all! Looks like a solid place to do business with a great line up of vehicles. I found this 2002 ETC in Phoenix, Az. 60K miles two owner. It fit my needs. Flew to Phoenix and drove it home 1378 miles averaged 24.7 MPG. That is better then the 2007 Suzuki I passed on to my Grandson. Ride is a bit stiff and noise level is more then I had expected. Overall a good value and looks good sitting in my garage. Advise. Read the owners manual front to back. There are things to do, to and for this car to keep it on the road.

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

Just sold mine after owning it for eight plus years. While I loved the looks of the SLK and I did enjoy owning and driving it, I was never that crazy about the spartan interior. For a Mercedes that cost $40K new, I thought it was rather plain Jane. I also wasn't happy with things like the door panels delaminating, the dash finish scaling off and probably most of all, the dang roof...I expected better from a Mercedes Benz. The roof went kaput three times while I owned the car and I got sick of the bother and the cost to deal with it. I would have also hoped it would hold its value better. I sold it rather cheap despite having put thousands into it. It's a cool little hardtop convertible but if you buy one, beware...be prepared to sink some $ into it.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and I felt that the asking price was fair and reasonable for the car. They also provided a very reasonable transportation quote in a timely manner. Bought a 12 year old 2009 CLK 200 coupe petrol with 100K on the clock. Styling is sleek Driving, on cold engine the gearbox likes to hold onto the lower gears longer than I would like and I am told it does this to warm up the catalytic converter quickly. I don’t like that feature because if your a little heavy on the accelerator then your going to red line it on cold. To offset this I drive in Comfort mode and very light on the accelerator until warm. Short trips is not great on petrol especially if your engine doesn’t warm right up you will notice your mpg going below 20mpg easily if you are heavy on the accelerator. Long motorway journeys this car comes into its own and is an absolute pleasure to drive, smooth as silk and loads of acceleration power when you need it, it will absolutely blast off brilliantly on motorway driving so watch that speedo because you will very quickly shoot way past the speed limit. Will get 30-36mpg on motorway driving. Engine is very quiet and it does stand up to some really hard driving. Interior. Is comfortable and I’m 6,1 and 108 kilos and it fits me well. The only layout I don’t like is the placement of the window switches on the drivers side, why they didn’t put them by the gear lever I don’t know. Engine is quiet and the supercharger makes a nice noise when you put your foot down. I have found this car very easy to service myself, as with any car the more good quality oil changes the better. Plenty of good examples out there to buy even though the years are now ticking by you can find some great ones out there. Fun car combined with luxury driving.

The C230 Kompressor (2.4 liter) engine is SUPER dependable…IF the car has been maintained. If you don’t have a service record and are not good at detecting problems on a test drive then do yourself a favor and spend the +/- $300 to get it inspected at a competent Benz garage. Mine has 200,000 miles and have never had ANY big expense…most I ever had to put into it is about $400…which is what it cost to replace factory front brakes, or to service the auto trans with fluid and filter. change. Only mechanical problem I have ever had are worn cam sensors, which is common and costs about…$400 to repair. My experience after driving the car for ten years is that parts are affordable on eBay…used lower mileage engine: <$1000. Main thing is to replace supercharger oil if it starts to whine louder. YouTube has a video on how to do that w/o removing the supercharger. Lastly, while I maintain the car, I also drive the holy xxxx out of it! It’s only going to start leaking oil if you don’t get it changed often enough, or if you drive it like an old lady who is not from Pasadena…

I owned a pre-owned 2005 Crossfire Roadster black-on-black for 2 years as a second car. I'm 6'3" and the cabin was definitely tight, but the looks, quality, and fun-factor made up for it. Now considering picking up another one.

This car has been the best car I have had! I bought it when it had 52K miles on it and it now has over 235K and still running strong. I haven't had to do much to it other than regular oil changes. Everything still works just like it did when I Bought it.

What a great car to drive. I beat on this 2ss constantly with absolutely no problems ever. As far as Evelyn and the blend door, you never have door issues if you don't drop pens or mascara and stuff down from the dash and jam it up. I haven't had one problem in 100,000 very very hard miles and 4 or 5 sets of tires. Overall an amazing fun car

I just completed a perfect experience. I bought aa 2023 Clubman JCW online just from the pictures. Nick S. Was friendly and responsive. Paperwork by email was a breeze. Shipping to me 5 hours away was only $500! I had delivery to my home 7 days after I made payment and vehicle was inspected and registered with new plates. Delivery company was also excellent. Vehicle was just as advertised and a nice new oil change and professionally detailed. I would certainly buy another Mini Cooper from this dealer again!

My first car was a 67 mustang fastback. I loved this car and I was 18 and in the military. I'm now 70 and found a 2010 mustang bright red. I was in love all over again! Now driving this car I feel nostalgia all over again!!

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

In two weeks I'd visited over half a dozen dealerships and some had exceptional customer service, but the sales didn't go through for varying reasons while others had very poor customer relations and the sale didn't go through for the obvious reason. You can imagine my surprise when Bill, the sales manager at Stevens 112, contacted me directly instead of his sales staff. It was a no BS pitch from the start and the price he had for the truck I wanted was already priced to sell--it was already lower than comparable trucks I'd negotiated at all the other dealerships. I've purchased a brand new vehicle without test driving it or seeing it in person, but doing that with a used vehicle was a gamble. This gamble, as it turned out, benefitted everyone. Not only did I go home happy, but I actually paid LESS in fees than I was told on the phone. I literally paid only $145 over the listed price out the door! Bill was a brief conversation, but when he said come see us, take the ferry to LI and I'll have my guy pick you up I was skeptical and thought it was another cheap ploy to get me through the door. NOPE. Frank the sales consultant took care of me and made sure big Mike picked me up on time. These guys were friendly and they don't BS. The price was just right without me having to negotiate and they took care of me. This was a painless and stress less shopping/buying experience that was worth my time and money. Of all the dealerships I'd visited, Stevens Ford 112 had the best and realistic price for their trucks. If they tell you, the truck is priced to sell, they really mean it. Look around at all the other dealerships and you'll know exactly what I mean. The next time I buy another truck or have friends and family who want to buy a truck, I'm recommending they visit Stevens 112 first.

I received my 2013 R/T as a Christmas present in 2015. 1 owner before me put 6800 miles on it. You have to put 5000 miles on this car for the launch to kick in. I have maintained my car with regular synthetic oil changes and recommend dealer tuneups and with now having 89000 miles on it, it performs as it did when received. I have put 3sets of tires on it in 10 years. Very good car as I always wanted another Challenger. When I was 14 my future husband had a 1969/1970 challenger. It’s first year. We started with a 340 then changed engine out to a 440, then again to 426 Hemi. The 2013 Hemi is faster. Love my Challenger
