The E92 BMW M3 competition introduced in 2011 is a magical sweet spot in sports cars and the M lineup in particular. THREE circles overlap. ONE. The S65 engine is bespoke, only introduced in the 2008-2013 model. The normally aspirated 4.0L V8 weighs less than the inline 6 it replaces from the E46 and revs to 8300 rpm with 100 more hp. Literally the international engine of the year during every year of its production. Importantly it has no turbos. 8 separate throttle bodies, and a lightweight fly wheel. It will teach you what throttle response really means and overlaps with.. TWO. In the ZCP competition variant of the E92 this mates with a Getrag dual clutch. A manual lover, this made me switch religion. Odd/even transmissions and millisecond shifts with no gap in power pair perfectly with the race revving v8. And THREE.. sublime MDM traction control. All newer M models with turbo engines and comparatively sluggish throttle response include this. This is the final overlap. Instant throttle plus instant transmission plus instant handling equals the car dancing in and out of its performance envelope like a trained show dog. Buy one and good luck. I have several Ms. Not selling this one. Oh.. Minuses: Eats expensive tires like popcorn, sell your clutch foot to pay for brake platters. Head gaskets ooze around the 100k range. Worth it.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

This is my 2nd Toyota 86 with my last one being a 2017 GT86. The new and totally improved 23GR86 is far beyond what I thought this car would ever be. This car is amazing for the price and if you truly love the feel of a sports car this is the one to buy! When searching, I knew that the FA motor was a good one but def had it's weaknesses that needed attn asap! I drove my car the way it was supposed to bbe driven and put 130k miles on it before trading it in on the new 2023. I had zero issues but also over service assuring that I ALWAYS had the best fluids in my car. I never even replaced my clutch just tires. The new 2023 GR86 is so much nicer then I expected it to be, it's an enthusiast car and now with the 2.4 mototr it has more then enough power to push you through the tightest of corners. It hadles like a dream and while it has a stiffer suspension then most like, you'll def appreciate when hitting the back roads with twists and turns. I drove the Supra to compare and disliked it in so many ways and all it is is a BMW. I'm 6'0 tall with long legs and have all kinds of room to stretch out. My shoulders are wide and fit perfect, it's not lacking in comfort at all with this year having heated seats in the premium. The headlights are badass and follow you around ever corner. The only thing I'm missing is fog lamps and there is no where to mount them. There is also no kits to install a aftermarket stereo and that really sucks. I have $7k in stereo and need a mount or it won't work. Other then that, if your on the fence, go test ride it! I have the manual 6 speed and it is amazing! The automatic has the paddle shifters and they work well but being such a sports car enthusiast, I only purchase manual cars. They start at under $29k and go up to $25k for a fully loaded automatic. I can promise you that it is worth every penny and the test ride will lock you in. DO NOT PAY OVER MSRP, there is dealers out there that aren't being greedy. Also PPF the whole front of the car or you'll have chips everywhere. It is the best investment and will make your car look amazing if done right.

I had a c5 Corvette coupe with low miles but I wanted something new(but I didn't want to spend 6 figures) that had relatively good gas mileage, a coupe, with great handling and fun to drive. To the guy that thinks this is a death trap- are you driving a Prius? I can think of about 100 other cars that are worse than this Vette. This are no different than any other fast car. You can get killed in any car if you get hit by a Semi truck. Every small car, every cross over including full size and mid size. Yea, if have a big xxx suburban or anything like it, you may not die, but you may not walk ever again.

I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. yes my car has 2014 miles on it just bought it from the auction the car was dealer kept from day one the car is in mint condition in and out i took it to the dealer and they love the car and said no problems you should get 300.000 miles out of it. it is dark gray color and black .i will be driving 6000 miles a year. so dont let the miles fool you. no oil leaks i have all the service records one owner. i said its in mint condition

The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.
