Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. The previously leased and Audi certified TT was the only logical choice for my wife and me when our old 1999 Audi A6 suddenly became unreliable and too expensive to maintain. Three years old with a two-year extended warranty, the 2016 TT is a powerful, agile yet economical alternative to the A6, and its quickness makes interstate driving a delight. It's simply an amazing machine. We've never had a vehicle as classy and attractive as is this one. Hats off to Mamta and her cohort at Chantilly Audi.

Steve Blackwell, and later Jake Dunks-Campbell, have both been amazing when it came to taking care of my Cayenne E-Hybrid order. The discount and service has been amazing, and I was not pressured at any time to place the order. I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. My loyalty to this out-of-state dealership truly speaks for the service I have received. Porsche Pittsburgh is truly one of the best Porsche dealers out there, and I look forward to purchasing my Taycan Cross Turismo and 718 Boxster Spyder from Jake in the months to come. I have driven many BMW’s but this one surpasses them. Not only does it have an amazing look but the feel and sound of a V8 is no comparison. I can leave it in comfort mode and relax or put in Sport and everything changes. I hope BMW leaves this one alone along with the M5 and not make into the electric garbage with these horrible grills.

A great, fun sports car, but proved to be impracticable for my needs. Due to the "sports car" design neither my husband nor sister could sit comfortably in the car. Also, passengers could not sit in the back sit.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

This is my third Smart electric. I leased a 2013 and a 2016 electric (if I bought either, I would have had to continue leasing the battery, which didn't make sense for me). I leased a 2019 electric and, since they've stopped selling the Smart in the US, I've decided to buy this one (which comes with the battery - yay!). I love the Smart for its utter cuteness and tininess. It has like a zero degree turning radius, and I'm able to zip in and out of anywhere. It's perfect for my needs, as I tend to do mostly local driving, and I occasionally take it on the freeway if the drive isn't too long. With regenerative braking, I usually get at least 80 miles with each full charge. The only issues I've had with this car are (1) when I first picked it up, it died on me within the first week, and it took the dealer 28 days to reboot and fix everything, and (2) the cup holders aren't adjustable, so my big water bottle doesn't fit (my other Smarts had adjustable holders, so why did they change this?). After driving Smarts for 9 years, I can't really drive other cars -- they all seem so huge and cumbersome. But for longer drives, I do borrow my husband's EV, which has a longer range. I did consider at some point getting a Fiat electric and test-drove one, but it just wasn't as cute as the Smart. Its adorableness makes me happy every time I come out of a building and see it waiting for me. Even after driving it for 3 years, its cuteness still sometimes takes me by surprise!
