I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. This is my 2nd one, 1st was used for a 150 mile + a day 5 day week commute to the DC area. It's in it's element for local driving, parking, mpg, fun to drive(especially with convertible). If you install a Scan Gauge and use the manual paddle shifters, mid 50 mpg is easy. Interstate driving keeps the mpg to around 42 +. 1st one had some issues, but incompetent mechanics were most of the problems. Replacement a/c hoses run $1200 each (2)does require Premium fuel, I alternated between mid & prem. each tank on the 1st. one. Get an extended warranty, any major repairs may have to be done by MB dealer.

I did careful reviews of this model as well as the 4 Series. I was really looking at the 2023 4 Series 2Dr Coupe. I decided to go with the 2024 M240I because ... 1. it's a two door. I liked what I was seeing with the professional/owner reviews for the 2023 model year. And 2. I bought this as the last new car I will buy and as a reward to myself for a life well lived and jobs well done. I got the Portimao Blue Metallic Cognac Interior. I didn't pay for the add-on's that dealers like to charge. I only paid for what I had too. Do your homework on this. Will save thousand if you do. Some emails, couple of phone calls and the deal was done. Now, down to my opinions of this car.... I didn't really think I would like the run flats ... but, not bad at all. Like any tire, depending on the road surface, they can either be loud or quite. For the most part, quite. Add to that the build quality of BMW and I have a quite riding car. When the door closes, it does it with a solid "this door is closed" sound. Only other thing I will add about the tires ... I will get a donut spare. Don't like not being without it, run flats not withstanding. The interior is very well done I think. Everything is right there for you to get to without having to stretch for it. The IDrive 8 is very easy to work once you get it sorted the way you want it. Seats are very comfortable. Heated seats warm up nicely in cold weather ... so does the steering wheel. Sound system is great. I really like the fact that BMW kept the control wheel for the IDrive 8 system and didn't go full on touch screen. Same with buttons on the steering wheel. Real buttons. Another thing that I thought I wouldn't like was the toggle for the gear selector. Not a issue at all. Given the small interior for the 2Dr Coupe, the toggle works out well. A stalk selector would have been like a black eye. Engine response when you put your foot on it is right there. I've not noticed any turbo lag at all. Maybe due to the M240I being a 6 and not a 4. Power is there when you need it. My MPG so far has been about 26.5 in town. Was over 30 mpg on the highway/interstate. Having to use premium is not a factor for me. Knew that going in before I bought the car. For the cost of this car, spend the money and use the premium grade. Visibility hasn't been an issue at all. The tech is great. Works very well and is easy to set up the way you want it. The back up sensors were at first a bit annoying, but I got used to them fairly quickly. Loving the heads up display. So far, I've got no complaints.

I've owned 8 Corvettes, an M3, M4, a 528, Porsche 911 C4S, an Audi A4, Audi A5, Mercedes E550, Cadillac ATS4, a Volvo, three VWs, many pick up trucks and SUVs, so I have a lot of varied experience with different types of vehicles. Two weeks ago I bought my first Jaguar, an F Type R convertible. So far I love the car. It looks good, it's really fast, ride is comfortable for what it is and it sounds great. Let me address a couple of the complaints I've seen online. First, that the interior is cramped. Based on my experience it's no more cramped than other sports cars I've owned and driven. In fact it feels more spacious than the 2017 C7 Grand Sport I also own. The Vette has more/better tech. Technology is the one area I think the Jag is lacking. The trunk space is very limited but it's a sports car. I've seen online comments that if your bag is bigger than a loaf of bread it won't fit. Not true. You can fit a couple of overnight bags in the trunk of my convertible. A word about the exhaust sound. It seems everyone loves the extra loud exhaust. I do to...sometimes. The good news is that you can have it both ways. In "normal" mode it just has a nice growl and is actually rather quiet. But put it in dynamic mode and it has a completely different personality. I really like the fact you can have it both ways. Quiet or loud, beauty or beast, at least on the 2018. The only piece of the puzzle missing at this point is reliability. If it proves to be reliable I'll have no regrets. Time will tell.

I flew to Charlotte to check out a Ferrari 812 GTS that Foreign Cars Italia had for sale. Tony Alfano picked me up at the airport and proceeded to give me the best car buying experience of my life. First off all. This car is 100% gangster, legit to the core. The level of performance, curb appeal, and luxury refinement is unparalleled. Its the nicest car I've ever owned. Literally, every time and I mean every time I take it out people stop and stare, kids cheer, it turns heads. I don't know how else to describe it, but It makes you feel special when you drive it. The hydraulic steering is superb. The "I am Legend" pandemic runs I had in it we're amazing. Its like the more you push it, the more confidence inspiring it gets. It makes you feel like you are some kind of road boss, where you can just mob down any road or car you want; effortlessly. This is especially true when you put it Sport+. And the exhaust sound - forget about it! Its so bad xxx - super addicting. ** The one thing you must be careful of is: 120 mph feels like 30 mph. So you really have to watch your speed. It was designed to be an Autobahn ripper - so it has a way of "velocit-izing" you. It took me ~2-4 weeks to get used to driving it after coming off a Porsche 911. The hood is long, and its a big car. But it doesn't feel like it when you're driving it. The seats are very comfortable, which provides a sort of xxxx-pit like experience. Because of the moon roof, it helps to make it feel like there is more room. I used it as fun weekend car whenever the weather was nice. So could you daily drive it? Yes. But its not designed for city street driving really. As I alluded to earlier - its for traveling at high speed over long distances kind of car. The only negative side I have is that for city driving its not that great. Specifically, the transmission is jerky if you only do stop-and-go type driving at low speed under 15 mph. Its not terrible, but if I had to do this type of driving day to day, I would choose another car. Finally, for me, this car represents freedom. Freedom to lose yourself in the driving experience. Where you become one with the car, explore, and have fun adventures. As soon as I get in it - its like all of my problems seem to slip away. Its a very rewarding car, and I strongly recommend it.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Quiet interior, plenty of torque and power. Everything is user friendly and seats hug you. It's a head turner and super fun to drive, a real sports car
