The car is doing ok, 2019 no problems. 2020 two problems, it’s aggravating! Having to wake up to go to work and having a dead battery.

I have had convertibles since 1975. 68 Camaro, 76 Jeep CJ5, 92 Chrysler LeBaron GTS, 96 BMW 328iC, 06 Pontiac Solstice and now the 12 BMW 128i. Retired in 2017 and had to feed the desire for another convertible in 2019 and the 128i ticked all the boxes for my current desires. Fit and reliability. At 6'1" I don't fit into a MX5, so that's the 1st two check offs. RWD, so no Audi, A4 FWD in my price range. Six cylinder preferably straight 6 for perfect engine balance. Nissan 350/370 are ugly chops. Then the exotics(shut up Porsche boys) were too expensive for repairs. I learned "basic" repairs on the E36. I have done many easy maintenance jobs in my garage that allows me to have this Touring car. As a touring car having a back seat is great for a cooler, backpack, and doggy space. With the trunk space (2X) of MX5 this makes a great touring car for weeks on the road. 230hp for a car this small is great for ripping through the Rockies and the Twisted Sisters outside of Fredericksburg of Texas.

I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

This car is by far the coolest car I have owned to date.Its a luxury car that can change to a fast sports car at a punch of the onboard (M) Button.The sound that comes out of the exhaust is extremely awesome.The comfort of the all Leather seats is unbeatable.Everything about this car screams Quality.

Under the rear seat it leaked water from the outside when driving in rainy conditions. I upgraded the stereo system and it was better for listening to music on the interstate and hi ways with the top down. I’m hoping to find another car soon.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

This car has been my favorite car to own and drive. I've owned it for over a year with no major issues. The engine and transmission feel like they're brand new even though the car has 100k miles. Interior quality is second to none. Even the paint is of such good quality that the car looks new after 8 years. There aren't enough good things I could say about this car. Nothing like driving a $120k car for the price of Toyota Corolla.

I love this car! It is powerful, responsive, very easy on the eye. It even gets good gas mileage! Solid. Doors open and close with a solid thunk. No rattle like you would hear in lesser cars.
