The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

When you buy a Porsche 911 you buy it because of its performance. My car now has 96,000 mile are runs and drives as it should. I do several DE track days every year. It has never let me down. It is amazing to drive, steers like it is on rails, stops on a dime, and goes as fast as I need it to go. What a great car!!

Recently brought in my 2021 Altima AWD for its scheduled service. I have been bringing my Nissan Altimas here for many years, and have never had an issue with George Harte West Haven. My 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera (996) is an example of German engineering at its finest. The known IMS bearing issue was taken care of, allowing me to have no reservations about driving the car anywhere. Although it's not a turbo model, the car performs like it's made for racing. The Spanish word 'Carrera' translates to 'race'. When you put the car thru its paces you know why it is named such.

I have always wanted a 911 Targa. I've always been inspired by the airy glass canopy in a refined and reliable sports car like the 911. I have wanted one since it was introduced. The glass canopy allows the outdoors in and provides plenty of light when driving through Mt. passes and canyons. I have been wanting to drive the famed 993 911 as well. So this opportunity gave me the best of both worlds.

After the dealership was sold to Curry I suspected the quality of service would decline as it was the greatest and could only decline. It remains great. The service department and auto body shop are helpful and knowledgable.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Two people replied with in minutes of inquiry . Made appointment for Monday morning. Wish they emailed early in morning to let me know cars was still available. Since they were closed Sunday and it?s a far drive to dealership. Once I was there CtDanbury everything went wdaell.

Tom Aveni is a pleasure to work with. We live in northern VA. He was so responsive to our needs that I took the Acela train and Long Island Rail to get to Huntington, NY and bought a GLC300 from him. Great experience all around. And even after a couple of months he still reaches out to make sure everything is good. I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Fortunately for me I had the best experience with Mercdes of Smithtown. I own a seamless Gutters company and have purchased 4 Diesal mercedez trucks since 2020. Joe my sales men went above and beyond. The dealership treated me so fairly. We did business by phone and I could not say better things about this location.
