I have a question everyone . I have a 2008 bmw x5 . It has 183,000 miles on it . It’s has a 4x4 light on engine and a triangle looking thing on top . I want to drive it 9 hours back and fourth , would it make it there ? How far have yall driving yall bmw ?

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

Overall had been an excellent vehicle. Owned since 2010. Had to replace the drivetrain 3 yrs ago and now I believe the transmission is a problem. 142000 miles on it and might have to let it go but will probably get a newer one.

Bought my '12 Max SV (my 3rd one btw) Jan 2013. 1 of 2 left on lot. MSRP 38 G. Pd 28G out the door. Now with 86000 miles. Only tires, oil changes and rear brakes. NO problems at all with a plus on performance. Best car I've ever had and my 1985 and 1993 were great cars too. May end up being the last car I have to buy. Always garaged and above average in and out and Edmunds says it's worth $3700. Hoping would be 5G at least.

I have owned my 2005 Toyota Avalon since 2015 my "Silverfox" has 249,000 miles on her, yet she operates like new. Had a fender bender 2 yrs ago, got her fixed like new and will continue to pamper her. If the engine blows I"ll be looking for another engine, cause she's my reliable friend....IJS

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.

Now I am going to start this out by saying I am not a Ford guy. My family always used Honda because of there unmatched reliability, so I had grown fond of Honda. But I got my first sport trac when I was 16, and anybody who was a teenager and had a vehicle would know you would have some fun with it. When I tell you I stress tested the Sport Trac, I really did. Everything from offroading, had pulled upto 3,000 lbs worth of scrap metal a few times(dont do that tho, was very dangerous, bent bumper ball), and general use and abuse of the vehicle. And at no point did I ever have a real complaint. Its engine had never given me a single issue, and I got it already with about 178k miles. Biggest issue with it was rust, but the engine is a BEAST. Its poor gas mileage makes up for the fact that its engine, in my opinion, is one of THEE best Ford had made in awhile. It was designed in like the 60s and it showed. The truck overall is really comfortable to drive in. Its GREAT in bad weather if you have 4WD or weight in the bed, legit have pulled out Jeeps and other supposed "Off-Roading" Vehicles when mud or snow hindered them, it is honestly a vehicle I'd feel safe driving through a Hurricane with. Its reliability is truly unmatched. I have heard other say its ok, and it may just be a flip of a coin or that half were made in one factory and the other in another factory, but I am on my second Sport Trac, only because my previous one had too much rust to pass. The only reason I hold its reliability to such high regard is because I beat the snot out of my little sport trac and it always got back up without an issue. From scrapping metal with it to just being a teenager and taking it offroading where it certainly shouldnt be able to go. I could go on about how much I love this truck, I may be biased due to it being my first car, but I wouldn't hold it in such high regard if it didnt get me through every snowstorm, mud ditch, big stream, and hot summer day hauling metal, all without any issue or hesitation. I couldn't recommend any other first car than the sport trac. Because it will keep you or your kid safe, both when they are using it normally, as well as when they be teenagers with it. My only issue with it was the fact it had a bumper ball, and that its bed was a bit short for hauling metal. But it makes you a master packer with ratchet straps. 10/10, would recommend it, especially as a first car.

For a V6 this gets amazing highway gas mileage. I’ve driven from Northern California to Long Beach on a single tank. Has some power too, enough to have some fun with. I really enjoyed my CLK.

I own the most bear bones version and it works like a charm, with the manual 30mpg is easily achievable. Steering at low speeds feels like you are the car. Pedals are responsive and the suspension can handle just about anything. Highly recommended for a cheap daily.

Got a 2002 4x4 Z71 with 27,000 miles on it 20 years ago. Now has 178,000. Finally did front brakes at about 160,000. In that time i’ve needed a new driver widow motor, A/C compressor, and parking brake cable. Interior looks like new. Oh, the radio buttons snapped off too. Other than fluids and filter- thats it. Its been a great truck. Awesome in snow with studded tires.
