Great ride for the age and miles, you cant even tell. Runs smooth and strong, and you cant even tell the car is on. Car just needs floor mats and a really good detail, but overall very clean inside and out.

The salesman was very nice and helpful on the information of the different cars that I was interested in. It took very little time to pick the car I wanted, and I got through all the paperwork quickly and had the sale completed in less than 2 hours.

I have had my 05 Altima for 18 years. Still running fine except for a few hiccups here and there which are expected for any machine. It now has over 200K miles and hopefully will last to 300K or more.

Great customer service, reasonable prices. They went the extra mile and assisted me in driving it 1/2 an hour towards where I live so I can make the exchange.

I had 6 of these in the last 15 years. Mostly do breaks, change tires and fluids. NEVER in any of these did I have a transmission issue. Love the stow away seats. Plenty of power in the V6 3.6L engine. I sold 5 of these, and got only thanks. Was never stranded, Countless Florida and Canada trips, Great family car.

Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new

This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. I inherited my 2003 Lexus GS 300. My mothers husband bought it new in 2003. It was kept in the garage, so the paint cured and never faded. Both retired, they didn't drive either car very much. He passed in 2010 and my mom kept her Nissan but preferred driving the Lexus. We listed her Nissan for sale. Later when mom passed in 2017 I kept the car. Today at 58,000 miles in 2023, the engine is still clean (no oil blowby) and there are no problems. I do long for newer upgraded technology, like back up camera, GPS screen, USB ports. But remembering my first 1966 car, do I really need to spend $60,000 for a new one? Maybe one day. The only issue is the cupholders are in a cramped place, and it makes it easy to bump the seat warmers. Hardly a problem though. 'Experience Amazing' has been a true marketing slogan, as it really is amazing. Although I prefer a Lexus RX ( SUV) this car is so great, I cannot see giving it up.

Our experience with Urban Motors was amazing, right off the bat when we decided to get ahold of urban motors a man picked up (who goes by the name cliff) answered the phone with great enthusiasm and was ready to help and answered all of our questions, when he didn't have an exact answer to our question he called right back when he found out. As for the process of actually buying the car Cliff and Noman (the owner) made it such a smooth process they were willing to negotiate AND went through all of the coverages we would possibly need for the car, as well as gave us extra info to where we could get the car serviced for the car we purchased from them and our cars we didn't purchase from them. Overall Working with Urban Motors has showed us as the customer, buying a car should not be such a ridiculous process. Insanely reliable. Nothing needed to be replaced in the time I’ve had it, and its 20 years old! Currently at 146k miles. Hope to see my specific Forester reach up to the >250k miles mark like many others!

Great car, worked really well the entire time I had it. Drove it probably 20,000 miles in 2 or so years. Doesn't have all the super new features, but for how old it is it's pretty solid

What a pleasant Surprise! I looked at several cars on this lot and was pleased to see how well they were set up. Clean and mechanically sound (I didn't see the usual oil leak stains, etc). The salesman took his time and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. In the office you can see these people love cars, and want to make the experience easy and straightforward. I have 398,000 plus miles on mine. Bought new and still has original transmission. Run mid level gas since 2003. Mileage on highway at 70 mph ranges 28-29 mpg

My 2008 Touring Sebring is approaching 16 years and it’s been the best. With only 129,000 km, the only repairs have been 2 brake jobs and new tires. It is comfortable and very reliable. The only down side has been the inevitable spots of rust due to the salt placed on our maritime roads in winter. I undercoat yearly and remove rust when I notice it in a body shop. Love this car 💕

Inquired about a Lexus online. They responded same day. Very polite salesmen made me a appointment to test drive next day. I didnt make it out there but they followed up with me to let me know they would be available when I was ready.

Perfect first car if you really want to feel poor. I had purchased a 2002 vw jetta 2.slow and omg its my favorite auto mobile. i drive it every day for atleast 2hours total and fill up after every 4th day. does in fact break down constantly. (because its just old asf) but the car is just overall mid and makes me feel like a peasant walking around with a horse and buggy and even that would beat me in a race.

I have my 2007 Fusion since new, now with 300K miles on it. Other than normal maintenance I've only had to replace the alternator. Great car and looking forward to hitting 500K miles in it.
