I bought a used 2008 Corolla from them about 5 weeks ago. Just recently there was a clicking noise coming from one of the front wheels. I took it in to get fixed and it turns out it was just a pebble stuck in there somewhere. They didn't charge me the diagnostic fee or anything. I would recommend Kolosso Toyota to anyone.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I had previously written a review about my 2011 Yukon. It referenced some repairs that the vehicle needed and my frustration with the fact that I just pirchased the vehicle and immediately found things wrong. This is the most reliable car we have ever purchased. Still looks like new. Followed all standard factory service scheduled requirements. 55,000 miles to date. On the second set of tires. 2017 XT5 luxury edition.

We worked with Robert Parsons and he was amazing. He efffiently walked us through the process and found the best fit for us. In a day and age when there is so much information to digest, Robert made the process seamless.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

The dealership and staff were prompt and friendly. Issue fixed and delivered on time. My only negative is that in making the appointment, I was unable to get in for over two weeks!

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Our salesman Bruce was attentive and listened carefully. He was not pushy nor was he a 'pushover'' my wife and i.liked him. Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Anti-Freeze and oil leak discovered during routine servicing. Called my SD, Nick, at Kolosso Dodge in Appleton to have it repaired. He got me in as quickly as possible based on repairs needed. All repairs completed in one day, to my satisfaction. Nick, as always, was polite, efficient and prompt. They are the best.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Brought my Grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change which was completed promptly. It turns out I was overcharged for labor. I paid my bill and left. Before I even noticed the error, I was contacted, apologized to and a check was issued. In the past, prior to Mike Delsart?s appointment to Service Manager, it would have been like pulling hens teeth to get an error corrected. Since Mike has been on the job, service has reached a significantly higher level of quality. And, if there is a problem, Mike is always easily accessible to the customer to step in and solve the issue to our mutual satisfaction. Prior to Mike, things were bad and I was moving on to another dealership. His customer care brought me back and has me firmly grounded in the Gandrud customer base.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

July, 2020 Purchased a pre-owned 2019 Infiniti G50s from Kolosso. I'm in northern IL, they're in Appleton, WI a 3-hr drive into Packerland. I was cautious but it was well worth the drive. Michelle Nelson handled the transaction like a professional. The closing was exceedingly short and handled flawlessly. No problems whatsoever. My overall experience with this dealership was Top Notch! I would let my kid crawl around on the showroom floor if I had one (spotless). I found it odd buying an preowned Infiniti at a Toyota dealership but couldn't be happier really, found what I was looking for exactly. Presale condition of car was excellent. This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.
