I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

They did a great job repairing my hood paint chip, and they picked up and returned my car to me.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

We was looking for a dodge avenger but it was sold so we looked around and we was going to leave and the gentle pulled up with a nice ford fushion and asked if we was interested so we asked year and price and decided to test drive it i loved it so we went in and the financer josh was very helpful and answered all our questions we were there for maybe 25 to 30 minutes once we started paperwork They were very friendly and helpful I surely would go there again if needing another car Great job thank you very much.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

I bought my Equinox new off the lot in 2015 to be my winter driving car. I’ve had it for 10 years, and have driven it 60 miles round-trip in some of the worst winter weather in the lower 48 states. The Equinox held the road well on ice, in slush, and in deep snow on days that I was on the road before the snow plows. It has always been reliable and has never left me stranded. I’ve had no major issues in over 107,000 miles. I appreciate the cargo space which is much better than the newer models. I regularly recommend Equinoxes to my friends and family.

We purchased a used Ford F-150. Although the truck was a 2010, it was in like new condition. Josiah (Joe - sales) was a great help and had the truck waiting for us. Dennis (finance/sales)was extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. We were in and out without a hitch. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there but, the trip was well worth the time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏

Made the 2 hour drive to Josh's from north central Indiana because we were looking for a Jeep Liberty and they had four on their lot. Fell in love with one, but it had a check engine light light on it. They let us put a deposit down with the understanding they wold fix it at their expense. It took over a week to fix (a gas cap leak that took a smoke machine and three repair shops to to find - all at their expense!) and they offered to set us up with a loaner if it didn't stay fixed. Finally closed the deal and took delivery. This kind of service is unheard of - even from a small town father and son dealership. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

Stoped by after seeing a few cars online I was interested in looking at. One car was a bit rougher than I thought, one that I didn't care for the interior color, but then we found one that was just what I was looking for. Took it for a test drive and was very satisfied. Had a couple issues I asked if they could address like a new key fob and recondition the headlights. By the end of the day the new key was ready and headlights looked amazing. I never felt pressured, and was very happy with their service and help in getting me into a vehicle that day. Stop and see Josh, Jerod and Bill if your looking for a used vehicle. This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought my LTZ as a Certified Pre Owned, already 5 Years old. I have driven it for 3.5 years and just had to pay for my first Repair - a broken motor mount. It is quiet, smooth and comfortable. I am 6' 4" and go 250 lbs so space and comfort are paramount for me, and I could not be happier.

It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

My dream car since a teenager was a grand Cherokee and when I finally got one in 2021, I’ve loved it the same ever since. They are bold in appearance and look like a strong vehicle. It has always run beautifully and I have had no issues thus far since 2021 and now it’s 2024. Very comfortable interior and attractive to the eye. Love love love my car.

Love the look and features, hate the 4 cylinder. Has no power. Very comfortable, smooth ride, handles nice, easy to park. Just don't try to pass unless you have plenty of room.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

I came fron Toledo to trade my wifes Lincoln truck for special edition ford f150 all the guys there were very nice an in gonna be bringing my daughter in to get her a new to her new car i loved my experience with platinum auto thank you guys.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Positive: The Toyota Highlander Hybrid drives the family with excellent comfort and safety providing exceptional room for a midsize cross over. Negative: Paying the extra premium for the hybrid version may not be worth the significant additional premium that one must pay for the electric motors unless you do a significant amount of local driving and keep the car for more than 7 years based on current gas prices. The third row seat is only usable by small children and is not reasonable to be used on a daily basis because of restricted access.

They did a good job and fair price on my repair. I did buy the car there and it was a rental so I?ve learned not to buy another rental ever again!

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

I was looking at a vehicle all the way from Michigan around 3 hours away. I contacted Brian and he first made sure that the vehicle was on the property and that he laid eyes upon it. He also to a close look at the vehicle and sent me a video of the vehicle to make sure that I didn't drive 3 hours without knowing the condition of the vehicle. While I didn't end up buying the vehicle the costumer service was amazing and despite the possible drive I will definitely consider this dealer in the future.

I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!
