Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

Arrived 1/2 hour early for scheduled oil change and my Caravan was serviced immediately and I was back on the road. Bravo! Most efficient service in many years. Greatly appreciated.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

My car was giving warning messages so I called the Cadillac dealership to make an appointment. I caught on that it was the wrong dealership because of the HORRENDOUS, DISCOURTEOUS customer service I received! The woman that answered the phone had no empathy for my situation. I informed her that I was getting “steering assist reduced” messages, my thermostat was not working and my AC was not working - unfortunate for me because we were in the middle of a heatwave!! She told me there were no appointments for two to three weeks and even if I brought the car in then - there was no guarantee as to when it would be attended to. Also, no rentals for another month! She then put me on hold. I was on hold for so long that my call started bouncing all around throughout the dealership. I grew impatient and frustrated, so I hung up and called back. She answered and literally told me she forgot about me! The whole time I was holding I thought she was trying to get me in sooner!! SMH That’s when I realized that something was wrong because I have NEVER EVER encountered such rudeness and disregard at the Freeport location. I asked if it was the Freeport dealership and she said “no - this is the FARMINGDALE location”. I replied “that explains it” and I hung up! When I called my correct dealership - Paul Conte Freeport - the greeting alone by Christine gave me warmth. Initially, I just asked if there were any available appointments that day. Christine informed me that they were swamped. When I told her what was happening with the car, she POLITELY asked me to hold and when she returned shortly after, she told me to bring the car in right away!! At the dealership I spoke with RYAN. He is AMAZING - he is so professional and has such a pleasant personality (like all the others in that office). After checking the car he informed me that I would have to leave it for at least two days because they were so busy. With concern, he asked me if that would be too much of an inconvenience - I replied that it would not be. He explained everything to me thoroughly and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. I felt well taken care of - two days sounded way better than three weeks at Sarant Cadillac. Much to my surprise - after being home for a couple of hours - Ryan called me and told me THE CAR WAS READY!!!! I was shocked and soo thankful. It really made me feel like a valued customer!! I’m not writing this survey because I was taken care of in such a short time frame - I’m writing it because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, TRUE SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL BEING IN MY VEHICLE, THOROUGHNESS, COURTEOUSNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, (I really could go on and on LOL) that I received. I’ve had my 2024 Hornet GT for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! I’m just short of 28,000 miles. Love the sporty Dodge design with some Italian flair from its Alfa Romeo sister vehicle the Tonale. The standard all wheel drive is great along with a long list of standard features like blind spot monitor, parking sensors, lane keep assist, advanced brake assist, traffic sign recognition, 10.25 inch screen w/ wireless car play, etc. Quite the value for a car that starts at $32k! Highly recommend it to anyone!

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state.
