Matthew Carducci absolutely, hands down made the car buying process the easiest I’ve experienced in my life. I got to the dealership around 1:00 PM he had all the paperwork done, the vehicle cleaned, checked and everything ready to go, paper signed, and out of there in less than two hours. He also pulled some strings and had them put a full tank of gas in the vehicle. We even had time to sit back and chat about APPLE’s newest technologies and I even encouraged him to update the software on his phone, but she did right there. It felt like I was chatting with somebody I’ve known for a long time. They did not try to press any extended warranties or gadgets and gizmos and stuff. They made me aware that warranties were available and asked me if I want to explore that option. I declined and they never press the issue again. When I’m in the position to purchase a brand new one. I will hunt Matthew down!

I had the car for about a month and I love it. It rides like a dream. The only thing I don’t like is the center console doesn’t have adequate storage, it is very small and the lighter outlet is inside on the bottom so you really can’t store anything in there.

Sam was wonderful! Could have offered to help connect phone to the car. Very honest in getting the financing. From the time I walked in to look and left with my car was under 24 hours.

For buying a used car a manual 6speed at that, I would recommend this car if it has been taken care of like mine. Most definitely.

Great commuter and efficient. Drove to work many years getting 43 mpg. Rural roads. Planty of head and leg room. The seat is reasonably comfortable for my tall frame BUT the car rides like a rock, not good for long trips, will shake your teeth out on rough roads. Interior offers no real armrest on the door and what little there is is never even with the center armrest. Regular !maintenance, oil and filter changes are very easy.

OMG the journey through the current used car climate has been horrendous. & I’ll be frank. Throughout the countless sleepless stressful hours of internet trolling Mike came up repeatedly & when I pounced on the just arrived beauty gracing my driveway I can’t tell you what a brilliant experience it was to work efficient coherent & honest with a real human. My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Feldman is very professional. They had a great deal on an oil change package that I couldn't pass up. $200 for four oil changes on my Silverado using synthetic oiI. I couldn't do it cheaper myself.

I bought my car new, 13 years ago. I am 74, I had my first car at the age of 16. I had used cars and new cards, none like my Impala 2012. The only thing I have had done to my car is regular change of oil. It only has a 75K miles because we always had another car bigger to accommodate my 6’2 tall husband. I still have my car. The only fault with my car is the radio. About the 6 year in, the fm is not always available so I carry CDs in my car. But we had a hail storm that might have damaged the ruff rubber that covers the antenna around the roof of the car. I love my car and although I have taken good care of my car I have take it way over the speed limit and is still as reliable as day one. Bought it new in Ithaca, NY at the Chevrolet dealership.

I have been checking several dealers for a nice used car. Some dealers seemed interested, others didn't care less. However, I discovered that Fox Hills was back in business and I had great experiences with them in the past (to the tune of 6 cars). Well, I'm glad I'm back. They treated me very professionally. I purchased my 2006 Vue, 3.5L V6 automatic, front wheel drive in 2011 with 79,000 miles on it. I still own it at 189,000 and I have put tires, brakes, an alternator that wasn't needed from a "mechanic" that needed to learn mechanicing a little better, a couple of batteries and a valve cover gasket that I did myself because there was a tiny little leak and i just didnt want it to get worse as there was never a drop on the driveway, thats how minor it was. Not a drop since and that's it. It runs like a top, still has the power it was born with and is probably the best, most reliable car I've ever owned. I have used it as a moving van on multiple occasions, I own 3 businesses and have used it to some capacity for all of them. 1) I flip houses and I do all of the work on the houses myself so there's a lot of materials and tools to be hauled. 2) I have a handyman service and that should speak for itself as far as equipment and materials mobilized and, 3) I restore antique furniture, fix all furniture and build custom furniture all of which I normally pick up, fix and deliver back to the customer and that dadgum Saturn has hauled more than I see some dump trucks haul at one time. Lol. I've had it loaded with bedframes and dressers hanging out the rear with the hatch tied down as far as I could while having a full sized sofa and love seat strapped to the roof on top of a mattress and box spring and nightstands in the passenger seat and boxes, bags, suitcases, couch pillows and cushions and clothes packed into any crevice possible and my driver seat as far forward as it would go with me practically riding on top of the steering wheel to drive when moving more than once. I'd have gone to jail if they'd have seen me. But that little Saturn has pulled me through every bit of that kind of abuse without a hicup and it still looks great too. I finally broke down and bought a pickup as soon as I could because I just couldn't see abusing my little vue that way anymore. But what a great little car. I highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a dependable kids car or a family grocery getter. You wont be disappointed. And I just wanted to mention that I read a review on here about the 3rd one listed, I think, and the guy says the company should be ashamed for selling something as dangerous to drive as this car and they should have ussued a recall on them because his front frame rusted out.... ummm, pal, it's metal, you probably live up north where there's salt on the roads, I live in Florida 15 miles South of Daytona Beach right on the beach that has a lot of salt. Try a little preventative maintenence and you'll be fine. A bit late for that car but mine doesn't have a spec of rust on it anywhere. It is not the companies responsibility to activate a recall on a line of vehicles because one guy who bought one never washes his car,(at least not the undercarriage). It's also not the companies responsibility to come to your house and clean your vehicle properly or to show you how to do so... Man, I'm sorry, I literally laughed out loud when I read that one. Wow! Anyway, sorry for the novel, just cant say enough about this little SUV. If you find one that's been taken care of, even if its been used hard like mine, but taken care of, buy it.

Vehicle currently has 400,000km and no signs it’s slowing down (touch wood) car has been bullet proof and probably the most reliable I’ve owned, only major work has been new clutch at 266,000

I've had my Patriot for about 3 yrs now. I purchased with 82K on it and am up to 98K. The CVT took a bit to get used to as far as being not very quick when accelerating. I'm used to it now and it keeps me from having a lead foot...lol. Otherwise I've had no major problems and it serves it's purpose and is good in the snow.

Paint job have held up well. Interior is still like near with exception of a little hole beginning to appear on driver seat. Nice clean sporty car

This is the perfect electric car for driving around town, doing errands or even for a short daily commuter. It is very comfy and very quick. The only issue was the first gen battery. The 2011-2014 battery degraded quickly and if the owner did not have Nissan replace it, all those cars are now junk and can only go 20 miles or so on a charge. We had Nissan replace our battery with the 2nd gen battery and it is good as new!

I bought this car in June 2009 and still have it. I have everything on it except the rear DVD. One concern is the low profile of the tires for the 20" wheels. This makes it more susceptible to pothole damage and occasional alignment adjustments. Still, it's a great car. I also like the running boards because they prevent door dings.

big interior comfortable, great on trips, good power with 3.5, few repairs, original battery lasted 11years, what! excellent mileage 28mpg highway, worst mileage 17mpg mixed, big trunk with fold down rear seats, only one recall, did it myself in 20 minutes with a helping hand. Last year for this model 2004 SXT. Major discount $5000 off list with dealer discount and factory rebate! WOW! Car not delivered with speed rated tires, so computer limited speed to 108mph, with H rated tires 138mph, very fast for such a small engine 214 CID. original brakes lasted 41,000 miles. unfortunately car was hit broadside by a distracted diver going at least 40mph in a 25mph zone. Insurance company totaled it, I drove it home from the accident, great crash rating! I was not hurt! looking for another.... that's it.

This vehicle has been amazing for me. It does have a CVT Transmission (the only real issue with it) and CVT sucks. But it has been so reliable, I love it!

Got a 2012 Latitude 4WD with 90k for a steal. A handful of optional packages including sun and sound. I personally love the interior. It gets a bad rep but it's comfy, spacious enough, simplistic, and easy to clean. A handful of minor reliability issues but that's more the previous owners fault than the car. Really the biggest issue comes in the performance. It drives how it looks, like a brick. This is a little harsh as I'd recommend it for city driving, light offroading, and snow driving but it just lacks any spark when it comes to passing and highway driving. Is it an amazing car, no. Is it a good car that gives you everything you'd expect for its value and a little more, yeah.

Bought a 2009 6 cylinder Ford Escape LTD. Bought it used with about 68,000 miles in 2013. Loved the look and handling. Extremely reliable vehicle. Did regular maintenance, oil changes, tuneups, tire rotations, replaced tires twice, high speed wheel balances done with alignment, etc. Recently had an oil pan gasket replaced. Never any major repairs, except replaced the water pump x2. Once in 2018 at 150,000 miles again in 2024 at 208,348 miles. It always ran great. It was a southern car until 4 years ago. So, did not have a rust issue. Unfortunately, a Buck came out of nowhere last week after dark and totalled my beautiful Escape. I wasn't hurt. But, the frame was damaged and it was not worth repairing with 213,000 miles on it. I am sure it would have made it to 300,000. Trying to find another. But, live in the North now and rust is a major issue. Heartbroken! I wish Ford would go back to making this style of Escape and with the 2009 reliability. I am hoping to find a 2008 thru 2012. But, need the AWD version. The FWD wasn't great traction in the rare snow we had down South. But, still managed to get me home when a freak snowstorm hit...and everyone was following my car, lol.

A 2007 Eddie Bauer EL- we are the third owners. It had 114K miles on it when we got it- it now has 123K. It is quiet, comfortable, very easy to drive, excellent in snow, and looks beautiful. We got the lower half buffed and repainted; new tires, brakes and rotors, and battery. It looks and runs as if it is new. We are pleased- we plan to take this cross-country this summer. We found a gem.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.
