I spoke to Phil the son last week covering a 1983 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz. I explained that I was very interested, but I live in Staten Island N.Y. I offered to put a deposit on my credit card, to which Phil said I will hold the car for you until May 4 and won't sell it. I showed up on the lot as promised and the car was there, which look like it just came out of the showroom 39 years ago. Phil gave me yes of his lift, took the car for a ride and went over it in great detail. there were very very minor things to touch, but still amazing. big phil and his wife Eleen were like talking to family. I then proceeded to purchase the automobile. in the short time spent with Phil, my buddy Neil and myself had an amazing dinner at a fine Italian restaurant which was off the chart. The Challenger with the V-6 outperforms others in the class...Very comfortable interior except the rear seating...you would have to be a childl or the front passengers would have to put their seats way forward to make the rear comfortable. The dash layout is excellent and all functions at your finger tips including the cruise & radio on the steering column. The"manual mode" for shifting is very precise...
